We hate on JG, some more than others and some even clamored for Jon Gruden. Why?

I am amused that you would take offense to something someone else has to say. Honestly, if that is their opinion why do you feel they should not be allowed to say it? This is a forum which is synonymous with OPINIONS. Everything posted here is an opinion based on facts. Facts are facts but using a fact to support a viewpoint is called an opinion. We all have them and everyone has the RIGHT to express theirs, even you. I support your right to defend Garrett, Dak, Jones and every single thing you want. If you go on this site posting comments ad nausea about your feelings of Garrett and Dak, that is your right. If I agree with it or don't, it is still your right given to you by the owners of this site. If I disagree with your comments, I can choose to not read them or read them. What you have to say doesn't effect me one iota. My question to you is, why do you care what I or anyone else has to say or how many times we say it? How does it effect YOU?

It's true. All we have are our memories of what the Cowboys used to be. The sad part is there is no excuse for it. Jerry could change it all if he really wanted to but he's happy with the status quo.

the status quo of mediocrity has made him a 4 billion dollar franchise?...all we do is say ...this year we will win it all again just like the Ol days....that is the narrative

mr Jones has used to make his billions.....its no longer connected with reality or reason.....no other mediocre franchise has become even half as valuable

for me it\s not that we followed a 13-3 season with a 9-7 season that is hard...its the way we lost 4 or 5 of those games?...we looked utterly inept..once our game plan

scheme failed...we had absolutely nothing to challenge with...it looked worse than 2015 at times...and we would do the same "failing" scheme over and over again

like it was impossible to do anything different....that is what disappointed the most....and then Mr Jones brings back the same leaders...but shakes up the "under" coaches

like they were the reason we failed...they were only following orders.....that is backward...but the leadership thinks 2016 is how we really are and 2017, 2015, 2013, 2012, 2011

2010 are the anomolies....well...this i will say...the players did not give up on Jason Garrett...like they did for Wade Phillipps....and if by some miracle it really was the fault of

the "underling coaches" and not the head coach and offensive coordinator..and we gave them all their power back...then this next year we should bounce back to top 5 team

in the NFL?....OK..and if we dont?...Jerry will probably be worth 5 billlion drinking Johnnie Walker "blue label"...on his leer jet and helicopter....and we fans will have pulled out

hair out again...in totaly denial that we ever gave this team a chance...like we have done in most past years.....i apologize for my negativity...this year was especially difficult

for me

Respectfully, I think your wrong. Garrett is the problem. I hope I am wrong, but with Garrett we will never win a Super Bowl!! I don’t see how any fan can have any confidence in Garrett’s coaching after watching the Atlanta game. Half way through the first quarter I was yelling at the TV, give Green(Chaz) help!! Neither, Garrett or Linehan ever helped Green by chipping etc. throughout the whole game. Garrett let one position, Right DE destroy our offense that whole game. This was completely unacceptable!! If any coach ever deserved to be fired on the spot it was Garrett, after that game. Dak’s mediocre play started after that game and I don’t think Chaz Green will ever be the same. I think Garrett ruined Green mentally. We should just release Green.

Well, they actually did help some. When they pulled him Bell didn't play any better, either. If Dak struggled the rest of the season because of one game then maybe all the talk about his mental toughness is off base.

Re watch the game. They hardly helped their 2 lousy backup tackles at all. No competent coach would have allowed one position, right DE, to destroy their game plan. It is called chipping. A real coach would have did it all game long. Garrett is the main problem!!

Now they "hardly helped." I thought they never helped?

I've read a lot of complaints about Garrett and I have read a lot of comments defending Garrett against criticism over the past few years. What I haven't seen is a compelling argument for why Garrett is the right person for the job. About the best explanation I've seen anyone come up with is "he's the best we can get with Jerry".

Is there a more compelling argument to keep Garrett than that?
Once I heard that Romo was the play designer and ran the O, it makes sense why the OFF game planning has floundered.

The important issue is Garrett did not help his backup tackles near enough against Atlanta. Do you disagree with that?

Garrett doesn't need to pay attention to details any longer. He won COY for what a couple rookies did. He's now exempt from blame for all eternity.

Just ask Jerry if you don't believe me.
