Sounds like there are quite a few people that don't understand what a passing game coordinator does on a defensive staff.

I fancy myself as being pretty knowledgable about football, and today was the first time I've heard the title in reference to a defensive coach. When I first read it I thought it was a misprint, not that they were hiring him to coach offense. I've since been enlightened.

That offense scored 20 or more in 11 games in 2010 and lost most of them. It was the defense. Wait? Did he also meet with the defense and ask them to suck and quit on Wade, if he did, what a leader....lol

Good hire. One of the better young secondary minds in football IMO. Again, not sure why Carroll, who has been Richard's greatest supporter all along, would allow Richard to be let go but willing to hope it's just our good fortune.

The rest of our hires have sucked but this one makes us better. Finally.
