Id trade a 2nd for Gronk. We usually waste 2nd rounders

This would give us value for at least 3 years.
Most 2nd rounders last 4 years anyway. Even the best aren't all pros for 3 of those years. Gronk could give us all pro production for 3 straight years.

It’s the off-season. People talk about what ifs.
Is dez on the block? Is beasley ? Is Odell?
Technically every non qb is on the block.
Back to the point, who’s trade a 2nd for gronk.
Back to the point.

Everyone is on the block for a huge price, yes. NE would laugh at you if you offered a 2nd for Gronk.

Gronk would love being in Dallas. he'd be allowed to showcase his personality, That might make him stay.
Id trade a 2nd and it would be dependent on him playing 3 years. If he retires early, we'd swap a 3rd or their 2nd.
He'd the best receiving Tight end and arguable the best blocking TE.

Arguably, he may be.
Either way, he's the best receiving tight end on top of it and he can out run lb era and some safeties.
Defenses wouldn't know what we're going to do when we go single back.

If you were talking an impact defensive player I could possibly get on board, but we would never even contemplate this as long as 82 is here.

We need that 2 for the secret trade for Earl Thomas.

I love Witten. I'd argue he's the best Tight end ever, but right now, Gronk Is way better. He demands double teams and creates explosive plays. he's also as good at blocking as Witten.

It doesn't matter what you think of either player, regardless Witten will have to be on the field.

That is obvious, I'm telling you with this staff it wouldn't matter, obviously Gronk.

Doesn't matter how many times you say that it doesn't make it true.

If I was confidant he would be healthy & play for 2 years I'd do it in a heartbeat.
But if he's not happy in NE how could he possibly be happy here? With Zeke as the focal point of this offense his opportunities would be fewer than in NE. I can't picture him wanting to come here.
