Best news of the off season

Good luck replacing Dez and Witten on an offense that ranked 14th last season. Both were still the best at their position on this team. We don’t have an upgrade for either one of them. If Witten does indeed retire this will be another big blow to the offense.

Well, I'm not as happy to hear this news as some. I think he's still a pretty good player and I absolutely believe that we will miss him greatly. Having said this, heck, good for him. I wish him all the best, one of the really good Cowboys I've had the good fortune to watch in years on earth. Good guy and great player.

Just because we're hearing about it now, it doesn't mean Wit kept it secret from the organization. It was probably accounted for.

I still think this team likes it's TEs better than everybody thinks. Obviously, drafting one still makes sense, but I think they'd be ok playing a season with what we've got.

Crazy bummed to see Witten go, though. On the bright side, it'll save me from the stupidity of the fans who somehow don't appreciate him.

Well, not really, but the stupidity will have to come in a different format now.
