Uh, he couldn't have made this decision before the draft?
Dez was our big play receiver which is why he got targeted so much. He could turn a short pass into a big gain. There isn’t anyway to put a positive spin on losing both Dez and Witten who were one and two in TDs last season with 11 scores. That was half of Dak’s TD pass total. It’s going to be hard for a rookie TE or WR to make an impact in 2018. We’ve set ourselves up for a rough 2018 season unless the defense is great and the offense ends up better than it looks on paper.
We currently have very little at the skill positions. We were stacked offensively a few years ago and right now the offense doesn’t look good. Zeke is the only real weapon we have. Every opponent is going to be bent on stacking the box and stopping him. They’re going to try and force Dak and our receivers to beat them.
Nobody knows what he's going to be like until he does it.because he has no personality
he's a cliche robot
Because I’m sure the organization just found out when the read the tweet.More great timing.

OL is the key. Zeke is a product of the line. Cowboys weren’t good vs Denver and Seattle with him.Without him we were nothing. We were rolling at the time he was suspended and the season went into the toilet the next 3 games without him. Our entire offense revolves around him and the running game. With our average receiving corp we’ll be even more dependent on him in 2018.
Green Bay, Detroit, Dallas, New Orleans, Carolina. Tampa will be much improved as will San Fran and the Giants. I can see every team in the NFC with a chance of making the playoffs with the exception of Washington, Chicago, Arizona, and maybe Seattle.Who is good? Philly, LA and Minny? 3 of 16 teams can play offense and defense.
Cool story! This is very strange. Something happened to change his mind. Something he don’t like.
He was a Garrett guy. Learned from the best.I refuse to believe Witten, the class act, betrayed the Cowboys by bailing on them this late in the process. Really surprising if true.
ESPN is doing a documentary on Witten right now. How’d they already put this together if he just retired today?
You said the NFC is garbage. You couldn't possible be more wrong if you tried. That doesn't mean anything lol, the league has been AWFUL.
Least we’re entertaining and number 1 on the Forbes list!Garrett has destroyed so many careers. It's unbelievable.
its old.ESPN is doing a documentary on Witten right now. How’d they already put this together if he just retired today?

Oh ok. Yea it was like a 15 min look over his life with interviews from Mom,Dad and grandparents. What kind of documentary? If it's a brief look at his career with a few comments from people who know him, that's a breeze given today's technology.
Nice. I didn’t pick up on it.Before the draft, Goodell was introduced with "three former Cowboys."
Staubach, Aikman, andWitten.
Interesting.
That makes senseits old.
