Dez is 37th on the list all-time in touchdowns. If they don't railroad Romo, he probably ends up top 10-15 in touchdowns by the time he retires. Dez not going to the hall of fame, same as Romo, falls completely on Garrett. Ware left... he got his ring, he is going into the hall of fame. Witten is going into the hall of fame without a ring, but look at Bennett who left and got his ring...

exactly why he should have been a coordinator for 5-10 years. work yourself up the ladder like everybody else. he checks a lot of boxes but he was wayyy too green for this job.
