Jason Garrett outlives everyone

Dez is 37th on the list all-time in touchdowns. If they don't railroad Romo, he probably ends up top 10-15 in touchdowns by the time he retires. Dez not going to the hall of fame, same as Romo, falls completely on Garrett. Ware left... he got his ring, he is going into the hall of fame. Witten is going into the hall of fame without a ring, but look at Bennett who left and got his ring...
You don't know Romo won't end up in the hall. He played the equivalent of 8 seasons and is 22nd all time in TD's He holds almost every Cowboy passing mark as an undrafted player. But that's another post.

He did some kind of robot hypnotizing to me today during that Witten speech and I just can’t find it in me to get upset at the guy right now.

If Jerrah were to give the scarlet clap another extension... I would have to stop watching.
Of course you wouldn't. You have too much fun here crapping on them constantly. You wouldn't have anything to do.

meh he's starting to grow on me, hell extend him for 10 years, what's the rush.

Wouldn't be surprising if he outlives everyone. It would only support my theory that he and Matt Mayock are space aliens.

You are probably right. I have been a fan for about 35 years so I would keep watching but I wouldn't be very happy. Maybe you don't understand the frustration that a lot of fans feel but it is real and growing.

Are we still talking about Garrett? I only ask because he was Coach of the Year a year ago...
I feel like last year's debacle says a lot more about him as a coach than the COTY did. He said it himself in All or Nothing, it's easy to be a good coach when you're winning.

The team fell apart with the loss of a left tackle and linebacker. If those two positions are so critical to your success, then the coaching staff is not doing its job.

I fully understand where you are coming from...I'm just giving the op a hard time.

Ssshhhh. Don't tell him!

The best LT, RB, LB and Kicker in the NFL missing games is significant.

Well I’ve been watching a lot longer and am as frustrated as anyone. I guess I was raised different. I was raised to understand first before reacting. Don’t always be negative because those are ugly people. They poison. Have you ever worked on a team and there’s that 1 person always *****ing and complaining? That 1 person can destroy the team. In the Marines, we would take em out back of the barracks because we knew our lives depended on everyone working together. So I just don’t understand people like you who seem to take so much enjoyment here complaining about everything and everyone. Someone even called Jason Witten a jerk yesterday. Was that you? I can’t remember.

Absolutely stunning
I may be wrong but i'm pretty sure Linehan and Marinelli are still with the Cowboys. I better go check!

Take just a Green Bay 4th quarter play out in each of the two divisional playoff games and the Cowboys are in two conference championship games with a great chance of getting into a Super Bowl. It is that close.

He has exactly the same playoff record that Tom Landry had after seasons as the Head Coach right down to how and to whom they lost those games.

Jason's regular season winning percentage is better than Jimmy Johnson, Mike Shanahan, Jon Gruden,Tom Coughlin, Tom Flores and Dick Vermeil....all Super Bowl winning coaches. For Jason, it's just a matter of time and that time is soon.

Dude seriously. All you do is complain about others speaking their opinion on here when it doesn't agree with your own. Your high horse is a ******* giraffe. Every post you type is some holier than thou art BS. I love the Dallas Cowboys. That picture in my avatar is of my truck. See the banner across the windshield? I bought it because it was silver and blue... I love the Dallas Cowboys not the owner who for the past 20+ years has ran them into the dirt or the garbage *** POS so called HC that isn't fit to be the ******* waterboy. Tony Romo, Jason Witten, DeMarcus Ware, Terrence Newman, Dat Nguyen, Jay Ratliff, Brady James, Dez Bryant, Jason Hatcher, and many others wasted their Careers in Dallas. Jerry Jones is beyond incompetent as a GM. I don't need some punk *** mofo like you questioning my fandom. I could give a rat's *** what you and a bunch of jarheads did in the morines. I too am a veteran so I don't have a problem saying that to you.

I didn't say otherwise - though losing Zeke wasn't nearly as much of a problem as Tyron.

But every team in the NFL deals with injuries. For your team to be so dependent on individual players is a huge failure on the coaching staff.

We had better depth at RB, but the whole Elliott case lingering all off season and into the regular season was a pretty big distraction. Smith was more noticeable on the field because of how made the O line slipped. It's not just the "injury excuse." We lost a bunch of play makers who were the best at their position.

And that's just one aspect, there were other distractions that when added up makes me wonder how we even won 9 games.

He has no chance what so ever. Literally 0.
