I never said that he would get X amount of sacks. Frankly making precise predictions like that given uncertainty is a laughable expectation. I did tell you that outside of a particular gene expression and joint injuries that injuries in general were not predictive. That includes bulging discs.
You have no idea what the franchises reasoning was for giving DLaw a franchise tag. You really like to make **** up and there is no reason to think that his back was the reason.
And let's address your current whinge about the 1T. Do you think Paea, Price, Ash, or Collins played poorly at the 1T last season?
And I notice you have no response to my point about Garrett's ability to develop talent. You just wring your hands and stamp your feet in frustration.
u r the one who said to give him the franchise tag and not a long term contract.
paea - what - was broken and had to be released?
collins - other than earlier in the season, did not notice him much. also he constantly has broken foot/toe issues which the coaches blamed on the shoes???
price, ash - minimal play, looked ok, and got hurt.
there are reasons why these players were drafted low or not at all.
there is a reason why mcclay likes to draft from the big schools where the players did well against the highest level of college competition.
so now you are saying garrett develops talent.
so what does mcclay do?
is he not in charge of personnel?
so that is your answer to garrett has no offense/defense responsibilities?
is that he is essentially the gm because he essentially has no coaching responsibilties?
certainly you are not saying he is doing the position coaches' jobs?
does he work with the ol?
does he work with the dl?
besides playing catch with dak, i dont ever recall seeing any tape of garrett doing anything.
it does not appear that garrett does much of anything?
it seems all offensive responsibilities have been removed?
with richard, it appears marinelli is back to coaching the dl.
that is what he should have been doing instead of trying to be the DC.
i dont see garrett being the defensive pass coordinator?
there is a reason that teams hire proven top DC or OC for their head coach.
our head coach apparently brings a 1990's playbook that he sticks to with his life because he is too dumb to do anything else.
