It’s finaly happening.
Aha! It is he, the stern taskmaster, the one that tried to kick us out of the nest upon our arrival. He's a tough mama bird trying to make us fly so early.

I think it is a shame the new members are not sticking around here so we can decide how much we don't like them so as to avoid them out in gen pop and waste any Likes on them. And you Likers when they sign up are spoiling them, they've not done anything to deserve a precious Like yet you just hand them out like candy.

Seriously Idgit, I do wonder about what I asked him because I have seen this since I started participating in this lunacy here and at DC.com. A lot of posters sign up and make that comment that they've been long time readers and just decided to sign up and participate. What has prevented them in the past and what motivated them to do so now?

Personally, I don't get it. First time I went to DC.com, I just signed up and waded on in and got a warning to stay on topic by my 3rd post by another member. Got another warning about sexually suggestive material. I thought dayam, I am gonna love this place! It's all anonymous here, what's there to fear? Someone who made up a person is going to attack your made up person? That's why I am inquisitive about what holds readers back from being posters?

Just trying to make them jealous and confused, that they can't figure out how to like.

It's been so long, but I remember that feeling of being uncomfortable with that first 'post reply' button. 40k or whatever accurate posts later, that seems silly to you guys, I'm sure. You're all so impressed with me. But there was a time when I was a delicate virgin poster around here myself and needed guys to treat me gently and hold my hand before vigorously disagreeing with me about Drew Henson or Reggie Swinton or whoever.

Now you guys treat me like Charlotte Jones Anderson in a draft room with Jason Garrett. No respect whatsoever.

Hmmmm, giving them a taste of what they can't do? Diabolical, I like it. Which is why I gave you a Like for it. Ya see that, DaBonez!!!!! Hahahahaha, you can't do that, can you?

And what the hell kind of moniker is that? Gettin' all uppity on us? Well, I am now DaCouchCoach, what dya think of that? Fan of Da Cowboys and Da Zone. And of Da wine and Da song.

Runny,. you can be DaRunRunRunwildboys.

And this is all I have to say about this.

I see DaCoach got on his high horse here. It's ok, we have an extra thread to play around in.
That seems to be a pattern lately. The new member posts once and moves on and leaves us with the responsibility of maintaining their thread. This is not up to the standards of the PJG, this is low hanging fruit, shooting ducks on the pond or tipping blind strippers.

This isn't a challenge, we want to steal cars not find abandoned ones in the salvage yard. I must say, since we all migrated, we've lost our edge.

Very good points, CC. As the Grand Poobah of the PJG, you need to set an example... or at least delegate to the noncoms of lower rank....lower than me, that is.

I immediately got adopted by the lunatic fringe, I had no chance at all.

It's very simple. The PJG assumes all Brits are either Benny Hill or part of Monty Python. If we'd thought that you were one of those stuffy actors staring instead of speaking, we would have never considered abducting you.

But once we had you, we were quite surprised like those in Frodo's traveling party, as Gimli said "there is more to this one than meets the eye". Not only were you welcomed into the club, we decided you would head up the PJG International, except in France. We need a more French friendly recruiter there.

I've tried telling 'em I look like Charles Manson and sound like Bob Hoskins, it doesn't seem to help.
Of course it does, that's just how we pictured you in our flights of fancy when we were doing posts backatchya with our own British accents. I can do Michael Caine and Blackbeard, separately and together.

Tell me you didn't just mix up Gimli and Gandalf in front of our cool British friend, Coach. Do not get on my bad side by abusing JRR Tolkien. That's like mentioning the time Barry Switzer said 'How 'bout them Cowboys?" or when Dez said "Getcha popcorn ready!" Or Stephen saying Tony looked really good in the shower. You're making us Lord of the Rings fanatics look bad.
