Brady doesn't have all pro WR's and he seems to get guys to catch in tight spaces now doesn't he. Oh, and he's not the only one.
That's probably the last QB I would have used as a rebuttal. In fact, I would include the entire franchise, from owner to the coaches. Brady is pure elite. The best of the best. And that really isn't my point. I would take Cooks and Gronk over any of our WR/TE roster from last season any day. Only a fool wouldn't. Hell, there's two 1,000 plus Wr's, Amendola even had 700. Our number 1 WR teased 800.

around 3.03 mark.. but Troy is paid to hate Dak.. lmao.

That's because Dak needs 10 seconds to decide where to throw the ball......might as well get him the "Flash" as Dak needs separation man.....................jeez guys.....but then again he will probably OVERTHROW him....

I can't believe this stat is still being touted as a marker for accuracy. As I said the first time this was being bandied about-

Having a defender within a yard of the receiver when the catch is made does not necessarily mean it was a tight window. Oftentimes it's actually a marker for a poor throw. If a receiver has separation but has to slow down because the throw doesn't lead them, it's not a, "tight window." Slowing down allows the beaten defender to catch up and be within a yard when the catch is made.

Look at that list. The most accurate QBs in the game- Brady, Brees, Rodgers- are not on the list. Do they just have the best receivers? Of course not. Do they never throw into tight windows? Don't be ridiculous. They do however put the ball where receivers can catch it on the run and keep going. This is basic football and I'm surprised this point hasn't been made yet in this thread- especially when I see several posters in here who seemingly understand the game.

Now to clarify for the argumentative- am I saying Dak is the worst because he's #1 on this list? No. Am I saying every, "tight window," was due to a poor throw? Of course not. I'm merely pointing out that this stat does not in fact reflect a QB's accuracy.

Dak is a bus driver. There is nothing wrong with that, as long as we build the team around him to be successful. But trying to make him more than that is just foolish. He is a QB that lacks elite talent but does enough things well that he can function in the NFL, if you don't ask him to do to much. We all saw what happened when the team counted on him to carry them without Zeke, he failed in elite fashion. Hopefully we learned from that and just ask him to do what he does best, hand the ball off, run half field passing games and quick throws with the occasional long ball thrown in. Thinking that Dak can be a drop back passer and be successful is crazy, he is just not that talented as a pure QB. I personally think he will be gone in another year or two, depending on how much money he wants. If he wants to play for average QB money fine, that allows us to afford the pieces around him that he needs to be successful. If he wants elite level money or even very good QB money, I would send him packing. I can find about 10 QB at any given time that has much or more talent than he does.

Again, so you don't know. You don't even have one factual example to base an opinion on. Your mind is made up already.

Nope, I can't name every play. But I'm also not making inaccurate claims to suggest I know. I'm fine if I don't know, I don't need some internet god to clear my opinion.
It's like when some Dak haters claimed he could never throw the back shoulder fade. I supplied an example and that was that. There are other examples too.
I find it interesting that there are a small group that is so vocal about Dak sucking.

The irony of you complaining about someone not providing examples is off the charts.

My ideal QB or whoever it was after Romo would be a taller Russell Wilson, which is what Dak pretty much is. Just because I don't like the fact that he regressed in his 2nd year or that I'm concerned with how little or how much he improves in 2018 doesn't mean I'm a Dak hater. And him being half black clearly has no influence of my opinion. I'm sorry I won't settle for less, if Dak doesn't improve then I'll say he needs to go because we can afford to pay someone else as little for decent results with the solid team he has. If he improves then that's great for us, the team, and the chance at winning a ring with this young team. I do not want to pay 20+ mil for a QB who RIGHT NOW struggles to pass and read from the pocket. I'm all for drafting a new qb every 5 years in the 1st round if they're bus driver capable with a solid supporting cast rather than overpaying one position because the rest of the league is doing so.
He isn't half the passer that Danger Russ is. I have followed Wilson's entire career since NC State. As a pure passer then the broken plays Russ is flat better. You swap Russ and Dak we might have a ring already.

sack 1, quick pressure, can't fault Dak for not moving up quicker
sack 2, had two receivers open, maybe a 3rd but I couldn't see off the screen
sack 3, had witten wide open over the middle and could've thrown towards middle of the field where Beasley was running
sack 4, play calling is terrible once again, vertical routes directly into coverage, no one is running slants or outs or curls. Dak doesn't help by not moving up in the clean pocket.
sack 5, immediately had butler wide open over the middle, but again everyone's running the same vertical route (Dez's fault they can't run more than 1 route)
strip sack, had 3 receivers wide open, two were immediate before the strip

hardly did we see any runs to Clayborns side, draws, screens, nothing.

I should've clarified. Dak is no where near the passer, but it seems his intelligence, leadership, and poise is there. I believe there's a chance Dak could do better behind the line, because that is where Wilson struggles most, probably due to his height.

THIS is funny..Lets review..

When Tony was blocked from being inserted back into the starting lineup because injury, when the staff said that would not happen, this end result was set in motion...For better or worse Dez time and ultimately Wittens time with the Cowboys were numbered. These decisions were money decisions, and I believe Witten just made the choice based upon the blood in the water..

WHEN they didnt offer a cut in the contract it should have been a known..I believe their frustration with Dez boiled over last season when after the season he openly questioned the offensive schemes...Either way and I admit i didnt think they would cut Dez like that....But Thats another Stephen issue..He got alot of criticism for the Dez deal..Im sure he didnt appreciate the negotiating that Dez did then like bringing on two different reps the last one being Conlon..Lol..JERRY had decided reluctantly, and let Stephen be the fall guy on the cut so he could save face with Dez..My take..
This is funny:

Dez got cut (like I called it).

Lol

Does that make you feel better? Does that make the team better? Being right about a negative is not making the team better. AT this point if the Wr,dont develop, get injured and Dez helps some other team get better you still gonna be smiling about being right?
