Who got wadded up? Looks like Bryant can't handle a little truth and is throwing everyone under the bus while at the same time admitting that HE sucked.
He's about as emotionally mature as a 3 year old. Next he'll be banging his head on the floor or holding his breath.

Everyone here crying because he responded to the FO who opened this can.

And neither have a championship....

Neither does Romo, what's your point?

And as Demarcus Ware said after T.O was cut, too divisive and too many problems off the field and in the locker room....both are divisive locker room players and if Dez was all that you think he is, why is he still unemployed...Garrett isn't keeping him from a job.....I stated at the time, he should have taken the Baltimore 3 year deal he was offered, he's not getting another one anywhere near that 21 million offer....

When did I say he was "all that"? Seems in your rush to defend Garrett and Linehan's faults, you've resorted to inventing even more things.

This isn't about whether he should have taken that deal or not, but I agree with you that he should have.

i know hes the leader of the team, not Dez
i know they could win without Dez
its his team and they dont follow him because hes older. i argue nobody other than maybe Witten is more dedicated to the game during all the time Dez has been there
he earned it
Even if all of that is true. It has zero to do with any validity to Dez's comments.

Dude you have a sickening bias against Dez that borders on being unhealthy so you're not the best person to talk to on this subject

I'm exactly the right person. You guys should be paying attention. I was way ahead on this train wreck.

sure Stephen shouldnt have phrased it that way "in his ear" but he also referred to Dez as a "great player" and included Witten whos a 1st ballot hofer
i dont think it deserved the scorched earth

Thanks for this. Does anyone know what the question was? Was it along the lines of "what was wrong with Dak last year?" If so, then Stephen IS using Dez as an excuse.

You can bet a lot of the guys in the locker room feel like that too.

Most of the fan base knows our playcalling is bottom of the barrel.
You'll never hear from them until they leave and then they'll be disgruntled ex-Cowboys too.

Ok.

/Relaxed me.

Dez, love ya bro. Ignore the noise. But don't go after our lifeblood on D.

Not even if it was warranted in your eyes.

It will do you no favors, my boy.

Not speaking on Lee like that.

Still, I loved you to the end. And I don't doubt for one second that our coaching stifled you, and that you may have fell victim to the Dallas Cowboys Country Club™

But Lee ain't part of that. Lee is all warrior. All work. No frills. No gimmicks. No Romo-Witten-JG group hug. (Love Romo, but it is what it is)

Still, homeboy, don't go at our "soul" on defense, mang.

As right as you are about JG, stop there. Even if there's truth beyond it. You just cant do it, my man. It's gonna hurt you with other teams. Remember Bennett, my boi? This reads like he and Witt, just more odd due to oppo sides of the field. And Lee has shown nothing but professionalism and true heart to our team. It's ******* time stamped and recorded on Amazon.

Torn.

Obviously, as my posts in here show.

Coaches and Org failed Dez, now he's taking it out on the wrong people. Go after JG, Cue Ball etc, not Lee. He's off limits. PURE team first, elite WIL LB. There's nothing any Cowboys fan has ever seen that shows otherwise.

Not sure Jones deserves the criticism he's getting for what he said. It's just a statement of fact. If he's throwing Dez under the bus, he's also throwing Witten under the bus. But what he's really saying is that "great players want the ball" and Dak has to handle the pressure of that better. Of course, now we no longer have any great players among the receivers and tight ends, so that shouldn't be a problem.

This is fan boy nonsense

TO called out this offense 10 years ago about its simplicity and predictability. Stop caping for this inept coaching staff
Amazing how many on here are protective of this inept coaching staff and ownership.

If Dak is such a great leader why couldn't he handle Dez and Witten in his ear? We called Romo a weak leader for being unable to handle TO and company. This is all BULL**** to feed to the masses why this year will be different.

I can't wait to hear the same people ripping Dez for being garbage and how he can't run routes, do the same thing when this receiving core steps on the field this season. These guys are all 3's and 4's at best.
Dez had how many years to fix/improve his route running. Did he ever? I heard he finally and barely decided to work on his route running this past offseason. So what after 8 full seasons he finally decides to work on his route running? How are you or anyone going to defend that? That's totally lazy, cocky and inexcusable. Dez did this to himself. Throw in his poor attitude and disruptive rants, well, it's very easy to see why he's no longer here. Still, right on que, even after he is no longer a Cowboy, he goes on several Twitter rants calling many out. So glad the disruption is gone.

Exactly, he 's saying Dez and Jason being in his ear was at least part of the problem. There's no other way to take that out of context.
