News: TWill benefitting from Sanjay

Looks like the receivers are learning to run routes and do drills they never done. Says a lot about the front office decisions prior to 2018? You invest in the position, but not so much in their coaches? Lal is changing a lackadaisical atmosphere and it's about time. Maybe he's not the norm around the NFL, but it seems like he was desperately needed here.

Because you should never hire a head coach unless he promises all his assistants will be hits and he will never miss on one......jeez
But the HC shouldn't take 4 years to know that the WR coach is a failure, he should know within 1 season if that coach is executing his vision or not

The huge turnover in the Assistant coaching staff, and evident failure of some of them, is yet another strike against Garrett. Poor coaching choices, and poor management of them, reflects poorly on the HC.

Obligatory comment regarding the effectiveness of the offense overall goes here.

Things have sure changed since earlier in the offseason, when the lament was that we wouldn't be able to attract good coaches to a Garrett-run staff, though. If I didn't know better, I'd think that reality was shifting to align itself with the narrative somehow.

I don't think it does. To me it just means the coaches they have hired now coach different than the guys before them. Because I didn't hear anyone complain about Dooley two years ago.

No receiver is going to complain about a coach while he's here. But once he left so far Beasley and Williams are saying they're learning new things under Lal. 2 veterans doing things they weren't doing before. That's a problem.

Is Sanjay a god?

All signs point to yes.

Yeah and if these guys get fired you will hear the same responses about these guys. I just take it with a grain of salt.

The first episode of All or Nothing made it look like Dez ran the WR room, not Dooley. It looked like a good reason to let him go.

I would love to see Dez sit through one of Kris Richard’s meetings and see what happens when he interrupts him.
