Don’t know much about Ward’s upside, but this is a stout player you git. He should be all the way back to form from the injury he got, still takes time after you’re fully healed. But he’s good now. Absolute quality depth you got.

I'm thinking the team is going to dress 8 OL with a true reserve center and guard instead of a combo player unless we add someone who has shown he can do both.

Zack Martin would be a break glass emergency option during games.

We don't have a true backup center. I don't know that there are many non-starters who play center but can't play guard.

None of these guys will become superstars with their new teams.

Thought Ward had a decent shot of being the 5th corner...be interesting to see who makes it.

Seems a need-for-need depth based trade. Still hoping the Cowboys look at a guy like T.J. Johnson if the Bengals release him. He's started games at both guard spots & has also been their backup center. He's 28 & obviously familiar with Alexander. Could replace Marcus Martin.

I remember they used to question whether Lett was too tall to get low enough. He was 6’6”. I’d say he did ok.
