Twitter: Why aren't we doing this?

Yea I mention the total turnover in the roster in the post you responded to. By the time that turnover was completed Tony could not stay healthy. The reason we are not concerned with our Back up situation at QB now is because Dak is not only young but is in very good shape and takes care of his body to take the pounding that an NFL QB can take on.

Right and a lot of that was because we kept deadweight around and didn't start addressing the line until too late. You are seeing the same thing today. More deadweight and more projects wasting.

Completely false. We started addressing the OL with Free which was before we even had Tyron. Took a few years but we got it done. Now the defense is looking good as well.

If by "a few" you mean 8, then maybe

So, just to clarify, it took 8 years but the team is built and we're ready to compete for a SB? No more excuses?

Excuses are for those that don't live in reality. So if you are looking for them that is on you. You either do or you dont. New season every year.

I see the Bears getting Mack. Still won’t get past Rodgers and Green Bay.

Don’t really see what Kansas City has done we haven’t.

BUT in Dallas our process takes 10-12 years, where as Philly takes two.

Do you expect Philly to win another one this year? I don't.

According to Nick Eatman, Seattle wants a 2 and Dallas is only willing to part with a 3. He said if there was such a thing as a 2 1/2 draft pick, he believes this deal would already be done. If the trade does happen, then the compensation will probably be a 3rd and some change.

Yeah we could give up a three and switch draft positions on rounds 3 and 4, 4 and 5, 5 and 6 or 6 and 7. The upper end of that spectrum is valuable. The bottom end not so much.

Because it's not the method that most often results in a Super Bowl.

You won't see Belichick use that method if Brady retires and is replaced by a top young QB.

It worked for the Eagles; however, the near disaster of their QB getting injured illustrates the dangers of trying to peak in a small window of time.

When you have a hofer qb on his last legs, you go all in trying to get a championship. Denver Broncos style.

When you have a qb on his rookie deal go all in on other spots to win a championship. Eagles, LA Rams, Bears style.

When you dont do any of the above you stay at 8 and 8. Dallas Cowboys style.

Please dont compare to Patriots, we dont have Bellichick here.

Don't forget to give Eagles GM credit.......moves he made were major league stuff
Which is pretty surprising....before last off season, for some reason everything clicked for them.....however, prior to last season, he was a pretty mediocre GM.

I've been saying 2- 3rd's.

Ask for a 6th in return as a gamble chip and make it happen.
