The reason Dez is not on any NFL roster is because he has turned down at least 2 offers. You should just stick to asking why he isn’t with Dallas. He could have a job if he wanted to.

He did but Dez wasn’t interested. He should’ve been let go a long time ago but Jerry wouldn’t hear it. Last year it was impossible even for Jerry to deny.
 
what a novel ideal a coach discipline his players. Our coach goes to Jerry crying and gets Jerry to cut the players.

Oh please, I know Garrett, he has no sack. All talk, no back bone. He hung out with Romo, Witten and Murray. They are all gone. He didn't have the sack to go to bat for them and he doesn't have the sack to coach up vocal players.

You haven’t answered my question Ranch. Where is Dez now? Since Garrett sucks so much, there must be 31 other HC’s out there that can coach up Dez. Again, where is Dez now?
