He can't.

Jerry can' train another puppet that quickly at his age.

I think JG is a waste but i dont know how good of a coach he really is. Jerry hires and fires his coaching staff. He makes all the decisions any good football coach would refuse to give up.

JG is a puppet. For $5m a season Jerry can stick his hand up my butt and pull the mouth strings also.

Which coach is going to put up with this dysfunctional organizational structure.

Between him and Richard, we would certainly have a salty coaching staff. Those guys may even go to blows during practice.

I don't mind if the HC isn't a huge X and O guy. Campbell, for all I remember from him in Miami was about discipline and playing sound football. Not some offensive guru.
He has been learning under Payton for two years. Definitely think he deserves another shot as a HC.

Even if they did the next two in line are Rod and Scott. Sorry but neither of them is an upgrade.

Harbough and Kris Richard would make a dream team for the Cowboys

I hear ya, but Jim Harbaugh (presuming that’s who you mean and not his brother John) has the dream job at his alma mater, Michigan. He’s got more power (and probably more $$$) at UM than he’d ever get from the Cowboys.

He ain’t going nowhere.

I think Jerry reached that point in life where he will do anything to hold a SB trophy. Did you hear that he did not make an interview of give a statement after the game yesterday? The depressed site of him says it all. Stephen can cease the moment and tell the old guy to rest a little and let him get this trophy for him

He ain't going anywhere...yet. Mich is like 9-9 in their last 18 games and can't beat Ohio St or any ranked teams for that matter. That spells doom for Harbaugh. He could be available after this season.

If the team loses next week and falls to 0-2, their playoff chances fall considerably. Garrett isn’t coming back for a ninth season with two playoff appearances and one win in eight years. There’s really no point in playing out a meaningless season. One could make a reasonable for firing him at that point. Promote Kris Richard. Give him a chance. You think you have a bright and young offensive mind somewhere low on the coaching totem poll? Promote him.

Teams with 0-2 records occasionally turn it around, but it usually requires drastic action.

I truly see us 1-7 before the bye week, and our only chance to win is the Giants.. this should and would get Garrett fired per Stephen twisting his daddys arm.
