If he is any better at all, it’s only incrementally and not worthy of anything more than a low end contract, which he is unlikely to accept. And, just perhaps there is a reason the Titans released him ....

The Eagles are 1 of 32 teams, many of who, are just as aggressive, plus this isn’t offseason where rosters haven’t yet been set, which is when teams are much more likely to be aggressive.

Lol - so did Laveon Bell and Earl Thomas. Teams don’t have to release players because they ask, and won’t if they feel they need the player or can use him as trade bait.

Rishard Matthews isn't a star but he's had way less drops the least 3 seasons than Dez, so if losing Dez was a tragic mistake then Rishard is the reincarnation of 2007 Randy Moss lol.
