I will take Romo right now.
Why should we be interested, and why most likely will our division rival get him?
I hear he runs a chain of coffee shops now.
He’s better than what we have.
Because the eagles have an aggressive front office that actually tries to make moves to improve their team.
If he is any better at all, it’s only incrementally and not worthy of anything more than a low end contract, which he is unlikely to accept. And, just perhaps there is a reason the Titans released him ....
The Eagles are 1 of 32 teams, many of who, are just as aggressive, plus this isn’t offseason where rosters haven’t yet been set, which is when teams are much more likely to be aggressive.
We already have Bryce butler no thanks
Matthews is, by golly, like another Allen Hurns.
A lower tier WR that teases being better but probably will never be.
We need another one. Let's do this.
He asked for his release.
And it’s really not arguable that Matthews is better than Austin, Thompson, and Williams. Stats and watching football tell you this. We have plenty of cap space and it’s not like anyone is giving him a lucrative long term deal at this point. Mind boggling to me you can watch this horrific offense and stick with the company motto “we like our guys”. Stop being ridiculous, it’s not even arguable that Matthews isn’t better than what we have when healthy.
The eagles traded for Ajayi mid season last year, they are 1 of the most aggressive front offices. They just signed Jordan Matthews, Rishard is a similar player but better. It makes sense, but just a prediction by me
Not to mention Thompson should be cut by week 9....
Lol - so did Laveon Bell and Earl Thomas. Teams don’t have to release players because they ask, and won’t if they feel they need the player or can use him as trade bait.
We need a real head coach before we bother getting any new players
Yeah. So if Garrett comes back in 2019 and we lose any free agents we should just skip the draft and forget free agents and not bother filling out the 53 man roster.
If Garrett is coaching next year and we miss the PO, the commissioner should disband the franchise for our own sakes.
Go to rehab if you need to, but leave me with my drug.
Yes, I once thought is I was wrong, but I was mistaken about that.
yeah it's Travis's younger cousin twice removed!! Who just happens to play center. I thought you knew!!
Rishard Matthews isn't a star but he's had way less drops the least 3 seasons than Dez, so if losing Dez was a tragic mistake then Rishard is the reincarnation of 2007 Randy Moss lol.
