You know that my post was in response to a poster saying that there Rams have an accurate passer, and upgrading skill positions won't help because we don't have an accurate passer.

Jarred Goff threw 54% his rookie year and looked horrible. A new coach and skill guys, he's completing 70%.
Dak has proven to be more accurate than Goff early in his career.
Damn Goff looked amazing Thursday. Remember, this was no surprise though. He was the number 1 pick n the draft, and yes, he looked like crap his rookie year, as most rookie QBs do. Then they get better each year. No doubt the coaching change helped, but it wasnt the ONLY thing.

Aikman sucked his rookie year, and that was as much a product of him being on a horrible team, and him being a rookie. He got better each year, as the team got better and he got experience..... much like Goff. He didnt have coooper Kup, or Cooks his rookie year, and as a result, defenses just stuffed Gurley since they had no threat to pass the ball........ sound familiar?

Jerry loves to be the hero on draft day- getting a bargain on unwanted players. It's how he proves his "genius" GM skills.

The Rams got what they paid for in the draft, and so did the Cowboys. Goff makes throws that Dak simply cannot and never could. This has nothing to do with coaching either.

Remember the last time the Cowboys used a top draft pick on a QB?

I’m sorry but I draw the line at Stan Kroenke. He’s literally the worst owner in sports and he’s proven it across multiple franchises in multiple different sports.
I don't blame him for moving the Rams back to LA. He tripled the value of the franchise and he brought the team back to where it was during my childhood. I was in Texas and a Cowboys fan but I remember watching Merlin Olsen and Rosie Grier and the LA Rams on TV. The Arsenal seems to be doing OK. But the thing I like the best about him is that he doesn't try to coach the Rams.

Lol.
And Greg Hardy was a locker room leader.
Brandon Weeden threw a better deep ball than Troy Aikman.
He doesn’t need Jimmy Johnson to win a Super Bowl.

Draft TEs in the 2nd round off and on until your HOF TE retires.

In this light, I can see how we’re just like the rams.

Aikman said during the game that norv turner is the guy who made him a good qb. he compared that to what mcvay has done for goff.
meanwhile dak has JG and kellen moore lol.
he said norv joined team in 91 and that was the year dallas had the 1st winning record and
made the playoffs, next year a SB win.
I credit jimmy with overall team mgmt, as he hired some good assitants and kept the
one ST coach from landry team.

Years of call girls, hubris, and johnny walker blue have taken their inevitable toll on our hof "gm".
I was hoping after the gold jacket was awarded, Jerry would think he had climbed every mountain. Alas, there’s always another billion to be made and as Jerry’s hero BT Barnum said, “There’s a sucker born every minute.” Sadly, thousands of said suckers will pay too much tomorrow to see JJ’s circus at the ATT big top.

Both offenses do, indeed, play the game with a football on a 100-yard field.

Similarities end there.

Suckers indeed. I have set aside my dollars that were historically earmarked to buy game tickets and SWAG over the past ten years and supported my local NHL team the Dallas Stars. I will not support Jerry's call girl habit, booze binges, or fantasy football ramblings with the team that used to belong to the DFW community. Take the star off the helmet and replace it with a drunk Booger and call the team the Dallas Jonesboys. They bear no resemblance to the excellent teams of yesteryear.

I was a sucker. A Jerry sucker. A Romo sucker. A Garrett sucker...A Parcells sucker...A Dak sucker.

Oh well. Line the next one up so Rockport can call me a hater for admitting I was wrong, yet again.
