I don’t like to talk about 9 and dak cause to be honest I didn’t want romo to play until we were down 14-0 in the packer playoff game. Couldn’t see how you could take dak out and keep the team together.

Now I don’t see how you can keep dak in and keep the team together.

So I other words, Jerry and Stephen need to give Garrett the red light to bench dak or fire linehan (which won’t change anything at all) ( or fire Garrett which also won’t change anything at all) the qb still sucks. And the defenses still play us the same way with dak

Garrett and norvs scheme are the same. Difference is norv has cam.

And we have dak.

So cosell is wrong? He says how norv schemes is similar to McVay so maybe he has evolved his scheme. Unless you think Garrett = norm = McVay

I have a bad feeling if JG is let go, Norv may end up being our next HC. Or at least pursued by Jerry as one of the top choice if Norv ends up doing a good job with Cam. He is doing a good job so far. The CAR offense is currently 10th in points per drive. Since JJ thinks Dak is Cam lite, he might think Norv can turn him around and may tried to get him away from Carolina.

He'll be an upgrade over JG but I prefer we get someone who will not take any of JJ's crap. I don't think Norv will do that.

Nope...an org has proven on more than one occasion that he’s an outstanding OC, but a mediocre HC. If Jerry wants to settle for mediocrity, he’ll just keep Garrett around.

Norv is doing a great job in Carolina. Greg Cosell compares him to McVay. Not as polished because the limited time but speaks very highly of his changes...something I don’t think we’ve seen of Garett’s scheme.

Dallas doesn't need his dirty laundry. He brought that negativity on to himself. Besides, records show good college HC's usually don't make good NFL HC's.

Norv has had several chances to prove he could be a HC, failed miserably. Walked away from his OC job in Minny because things looked bleak. Not a chance!
