Prime Quincy had a hell of an arm. I believe as powerful, if not more than Pat Mahomes.

Look at that throw!

That was pretty cool posting that up Mookie, he's got more than that one Saturn v launch, as I thought he'd long balled us to a victory once:starspin:

Dak has that same arm, he just wont throw the ball when a defender is that close.
It is probably the anticipation thing that Dak lacks, if he would trust it he could be ok.
Ya the score at the time of that Q.C. rocket was 40-14 fins with 12 something left in the 4th,,,the #4 could loosen up with his freak as well under that inevitable outcome

Dak doesn't have great accuracy but Quincy was much worse. Plus Quincy had the leadership ability of an earthworm.
:lmao:
Oh, man ,I recall reading( who was the head coach? Parcells?)
anyway the H.C. walks past Quincy ,whose apparently all lounged& kicked back in cracked out fashion (?) saying something like " I'm here all day coach, let's rip it",,,or something similar & that's the day the H.C. checked the " out the door" box on his resume.o_O

QC was better than Dak at pocket presence and arm strength. Dak is better at not throwing picks. They both struggle with accuracy mightily. In 2003 I was on the QC bandwagon and was pretty upset that he got cut in 2004. I even bought a QC jersey during the 2003 season.

Testaverde and Bledsoe were bad in Dallas. It would have been nice to have QC until Romo was ready.
