I like Dan Campbell. Problem IMO is he's more of a motivator than a guru of some sort. From what I've seen in Miami anyways. His coordinators would have to be spot on.

Campbell most likely IMO only because other 2 may turn Jerry down. Amari May have an impact on Lincoln wanting to come here though.

First time I drove to New Orleans, I was coming home and saw a sign as I entered Texas that said, El Paso 830 miles. That is when I realized how big this state is!!!

Along the same lines, it's a little further from Houston to El Paso than it is from El Paso to San Diego, CA.

Agreed...Hes not Stoops (who was never coaxed away from college football or the program at Oklahoma), but I would have a hard time seeing Riley being very interested in moving to the NFL...at least for awhile (years).

The better question is why anyone would want Josh McDaniels?

I think Lincoln will more than likely give Oklahoma a year or two before deciding on any possible change. He just signed a big money contract with Oklahoma and wants to see it through, at least for the time being. I'm pretty sure NFL teams and the Cowboys will keep him in mind, however. Perhaps in at least a year, maybe two, he'll have a change of heart.

Why are people always shocked when a coach or player says they are committed to their current team and not interested in another team? Same deal when college players say during the season they aren't going pro. Some of you guys fall for it every year.

The real story would be the coach who says "Yep, I'm outta here" in the middle of the season.
