There would be no debate at all...Gurley is one of the best talents to ever come out of college. You could tell when he played at Georgia he was going to be elite.

He's Emmitt Smith quality type
I mean you can make a case for either, but Gurley isn't hands down better than Zeke.

He couldn't do anything without a passing game either, people forget that.

Agreed, and same goes for those saying hands down Zeke over Kamara. Theres plenty of argument the other way.

Well, I think it is Zeke hands down over Kamara lol, but we don't really know what Kamara would do outside of that system.

You see thats the problem.
You cant say that Gurley isnt hands down better than Zeke and then say Zeke is hands down better than Kamara. Doesnt work like that.

We don't know what he'd do outside the system, and that's why its impossible to say Zeke is hands down better than a RB that has outproduced him on way fewer touches.

The more posts I read on this board the more I realize a lot of people that post here don’t actually watch the NFL.

You can say you’d rather have Zeke, no problem, but to say it’s not even close is just ridiculous. Aside from a handful of franchise QB’s I’m not sure how many players in the nfl definitely bring more value than Kamara.

I am not saying Zeke is the pass catcher that Gurley is but they could scheme Zeke a whole lot better than they do in the passing game. Zeke is a better runner than Gurley IMO.

If this was the 90's, Zeke is the easy answer but an OC who knows how to use a guy like Kamara makes him as valuable in todays NFL. It is kinda like asking if you would choose Emmitt or Roger Craig

Kamara couldn't carry the team like Zeke does. Brees make Kamara great, he would be a nice player on the Cowboys.

Nah I find that hard to believe. When Ingram went on suspension Kamara did more than fine. In fact the coaches discussed still letting him start after Ingram came back.

Kamara is an every down consistant back and is also a better pass catcher than Zeke.

I would only take Kamara over Zeke with a more creative coach or OC. Payton or mcvay' ish

How would Zeke look with a more creative coach or OC? Kamara is a very good player, but Zeke is a world class back.

Kamara is too

We should also ask how Zeke's stats would look without having the most carries in the league over the last three seasons, and playing behind the most elite Line we've seen in decades in 2016, and two good lines the next two years.

Kamara, good as he is, has benefited tremendously from a cutting edge, high powered offensive mind in the Payton, a HOF QB in Brees, cast of explosive weapons on offense and top OL. Pretty good way to break into the league. Wonder how he would look on say the cowboys?

Why would you ask this question, knowing that Kamara has QB that is consistent with getting him the ball anywhere on the field? Zeke would thrive in New Orleans, Kamara would regress in Dallas.

Zeke, good as he is, has benefited from a much better Oline, more explosive weapons around him than Kamara until this season, and huge workload.

Wonder how Zeke would look on the Saints, compared to what Kamara has already been doing there.
