I dunno how anyone can watch these games and think Dak Prescott is the answer at QB. The Cowboys should have been up at least 17-0 in this game.

Yes both Linehan and Garrett need to be fired but Prescott cannot make NFL caliber throws. Both TD throws he made were wide open guys a high school QB could have hit.

Sorry bro but Dak Prescott is the answer

Provided the question is "Who is the worst Cowboys qb in the past 20 years not named Clint Stoerner?"

I'm so glad Jason thought it was necessary to attend a World Series but not focused on improving his 3-5 team.

Trading a first round pick was not brilliant. Cooper performed well but he wasn't worth a first round pick.

19.7% chance of making the playoffs for the Cowboys. The Raiders are excited right now.

Jerry deserves this and I'm glad he was embarrassed.

Jerry is a loser. 20 plus years prove it.

To be fair the Cowboys were 3-4 when Garrett went to the Dodgers game lol

A couple of observations:

1. I would fire Linehan and I wouldn't wait to do it. Even a complete simpleton would mix it up on occasion on first down. When the entire stadium knows you are going to run Zeke between the tackles on first down, so does the defense.

2. Amari Cooper appears to probably be worth the first round pick no matter what happens since we have already won 3 games.

3. Dak holds the ball WAY too long and doesn't trust his eyes.

4. Why wait until the 4th quarter to get Beasley involved? He seemed to be open when he was on the field.

5. Dak has the physical tools to be successful. He should not have forced the interception in the end zone. Dak needs a QB whisperer and it's not Kellen Moore. Fire Moore too.

6. I don't understand why we didn't call ANY QB runs the entire game.

7. The defense didn't get enough pressure on Mariota. Defense played well early then folded like a cheap tent in the second half.

8.Dallas is still in the hunt if they can beat Philly twice. The Skins have lost too many players to make a run now. That sounds remarkably silly, but it's still true.

9. Even the commentators were commenting about how Dallas needs to open it up on first down.

Not bad... other then I would sit Dak... period. It won't get worse with someone else back there.

I hate to say this because Jerrah could sign him but at least he is not signed to a long term contract.

I think it is because there is so much that is wrong with this offense that fans overlook Prescott's warts that contribute to the problems. Again, Garrett was around in the 1990s when defenses knew what was coming and still couldn't stop it. He thinks that you can win that way now but doesn't seem to understand that you have to have superior players at pretty much every position to do it.

The worst part of this is just the inept GM work that probably set this franchise back another 3 years. All they had to do was do nothing. Stay disciplined, continue to draft well and they would have had a chance at turning this thing around in a couple years if they landed a QB. This GM was just completely delusional about where this team is and made a trade that anybody who even has a basic understanding of the economics of the NFL knows is a terrible deal. Just go back and look at every time a WR was traded for a 1st and tell me which one of them is a good deal. 95% of the time this fails. It doesn't make sense on paper or in practice.

It's mind-boggling to me how stupid this move was. It's sticking your finger into an electrical socket dumb.

We get Dak a shiny new wide receiver, give up a No. 1 so we have a receiver who can get open and draw coverage away from other receivers and he still can't get the ball to the receivers.
I'm just too through with Mr. Prescott.

Again I ask, who didn't see this season coming? A new coaching staff was needed after last season. Instead, they fire a bunch of assistants. You tell us you don't need Dez. Witten retires and you don't prioritize a replacement early in the draft. You tell us we don't need a #1 but in fact you invent the phrase, "WR by committee". During the bye week you scapegoat another assistant (who was a bad hire anyway) and you trade away your first round pick which will be top 10. Sad state of affairs.

This game was lost in the 1st quarter when you get 2 turnovers and are in the red zone 3 friggin times and you score 7 lousy points..........................

I'm more embarrassed than mad seeing as how this clownshow had 2 weeks to prepare this team to get ready for a below average team and they ended up getting steamrolled......................I'm not even gonna' go near a sports channel on TV tonight or tomorrow and I sure don't want to hear Clapping Redhead's idiotic excuses after this crap sandwich.......................
