Wanna know how fast Cooper's impact the offense?

We all knew Cooper was a great WR. I like having our first round pick this season.

What I didn't know about Cooper, was how technically sound he is/was on route running. The team needs to figure out who he learned it from and hire them. Coop has mad route skills. He accelerates as smooth as glass. It sounds as if the Raiders were shopping him before training camp. If that is the case, Dallas should have worked a deal for Cooper before then. When he learns the whole system, the sky is the limit.

Now Dak needs to connect with Coop in stride. That needs to be drilled into Dak every frigging day. Dak also needs to throw to him before he gets out of his break. The team can't afford to keep taking these sacks.

A couple more weeks and I'm going to have to eat crow. It'sIt's looking more and more like we have found a number one receiver
I'll have to talk to the manager at Hooters and see if he can order some for you on Sunday. :muttley:

Coopers talent wasn't questioned by most of us.
The question was the QB throwing to him.

Mostly that, but we can't ignore he regressed in Oakland too.

Had he gotten traded to the Saints or Rams I'd be bracing for potential impact but to the Cowboys not so much.

The biggest question was the price
I didn’t like the trade but liked the player
As Glimmer states he’s our first round pick a few months early
Get a real OC and it might actually be worth it over time
But it’s a high price to pay with his contract status
I do think him and gallop will make a nice combo next year
