Nope..clock kept running, Chiefs had to use their first timeout to stop the clock.

The thing that confused me is it looked like nobody touched him and not sure if he just fell, or he actually slid feet first to declare himself down. If the former, since he kind of grazed the sideline, the clock should have stopped I would think. But if he slid, that explains KC having to burn a TO.

Why does ESPN feel the need to ask the winning QB a question loaded with the wild fire and shootings?

The reason people watch football is to get away from the crap this crazy world is doing.

NE and NO D’s are just as bad. Like I said, if you can score 40-50 points, 9/10 times it’s a win.

...except the problem with these defense is they will give up 50+ themselves.

How many times do great offenses need to be smacked in the playoffs before people realize defense still matters in cold weather months?

The NFL completely changes in January/February.

So is Atlanta and we put up a whopping 22 points on them. Giants and Philly are both in the bottom 10 as well and we barely beat the Eagles. The one shining light was Jacksonville.
Atl you are correct but Philly is 12th in scoring defense and was 6th before the saint's game. The 3 games before us, atl was only giving up 20ppg. The giants are in the bottom 6 and was 20th before Sunday. Rams and KC defenses are much better than atl and giants .

Goff beats the Chiefs. Wentz would have lost. How do I know? Chiefs scored more than 26 points

Mahomes seems to be quite mistake prone, great arm but not the best decisions.
The man had 3 ints in a game that should have been over, when he only had 1, he has 6 ints all year with 38tds and you call him mistake prone- lol. Mahomes is on pace for around 53tds and 8 ints.

I would take that every single year from my QB and wont look back.

My bad 37tds and 10 ints, I still take around 52 and 12

Patriots averaged 38 points a game in 2007. Hottest defense in the league held them to 14 and beat arguably the best offensive team ever. The winning QB was Eli Manning. Defenses win championships.

I agree defense wins championships, but that offense also got them to the SB and you also forget that the reason they lost also was because of a miraculous catch by that Giants WR who I can’t name off the top of my head.

And those defenses like the Legion of Boom dominating that Broncos record-setting offense was a generational defense, probably the best in this modern era.

Im usually the type of guy who thinks if you get a ticket to the dance (Playoffs) you have a chance but after watching this game here its really disheartening. I dont think theres a snowballs chance in hell the cowboys could beat this rams team or new orleans even if they got some turnovers I dont see how they win. I hope they prove me wrong.
