Romo spoiled us....
Remind me again how many playoff games we won with Romo.

I really couldn’t stand his Favre like approach to the game but just when some of those traits dissspear and I really get behind the possibility of him getting us to the SB Father Time catches up and he turn into a pretzel

Kind of goes to show you how difficult it is in this league to get to the top a lot of things have to go well and you need solid contribution from pretty much all areas

I would say we were spoiled more by the 70’s and 90’s dynasties

My god, some of you guys just suck.

Dak has his faults. But when he plays good, he plays good. Objectively, he's playing good right now. It's OK to acknowledge this.

You'd think guys would cheer for the starting QB of their favorite team instead of against him.

Actually I never said YOU were trying deduct yds from Dak. I simply asked , are we not giving Dak credit for yac? You asked are we giving Dak credit for yac? My answer was yes because EVERY QB in the NFL gets the credit for them, if its "earned" or not, so why not Dak?

There are a lot of yac yds every game that the QB has very little to do with. Every screen pass or bubble screen, every tackle broke, every "juke", every nice block made on the play, it goes on and on but qbs gets the yardage lol.

The anti Dak crowd, or whatever they are, do everything they can to discredit anything positive he does. He can't throw for more than 200 yds and they ***** and make comments about that. He throws for 270, or whatever he threw for, and instead of saying nice game or even nice game but he still sucks lol they try to pick it apart and give everyone else credit. Lol i just think it's comical and a new low for that crowd. Hell, I couldn't stand Quinthy Carter and thought he was horrible but when he had a good game I didn't try to discredit it. I just hoped he could have another one the next week.
Another thing that special crowd does is ignore everything you say critical of Prescott if you mention one thing positive. They expect him to be perfect on every play, ignore mistakes that others make and can never be happy. Ever.

While Dak is no Brees, or Brady, he's improving. He made a couple very impressive plays last night that, guys like Brees, or Brady couldn't make. His TD run was off the hook awesome in my opinion. The pass he made while wrapped up, falling to the ground was pure strength, & determination. The long TD to Cooper was great. I was pretty impressed with that throw.

Having said that, I can think of two td's he missed. The pass to Noah cost us 4 pts, & he missed a wide open gallup down the sidelines for 6.

Dak is maturing, & yes, improving in my opinion. He protects the ball well for a young player. If he continues to improve, he's going to become a great player. I think we are only a handful of players away from becoming a contender.

I do not expect us to beat the Saints, or win a playoff game this year. However, my whole attitude will change if we do in fact, beat the Saints.

767 yards
3 passing TDs
3 rushing TDs
0 INTs
11 YPC
70.8% completions
100.1 passer rating

Pretty good for the “worst starting QB in the league”

I wonder how many of those passes were beyond the line scrimmage. You should be giving kudos to the D for holding all these teams under 25 points. Next week we play the saints and I see them scoring 30+, I bet you won't like Dak's starts then because he sucks at throwing the football and the saints will sellout to stop Zeke and make Dak pass.

Well since Brady and Rogers and Brees are all taken and well likely pick in the teens what’s the suggestion?

Well, Mr. Jones, you should have a plan to upgrade the most important position on your football team.

This is one of the things that annoys me.

I have no problem with people bringing up the very valid concerns and issues that Dak needs to improve on and make better.

But man, the way some people talk about him. The nitpicking of every single mistake. As if quarterbacks are supposed to be perfect all game long. It’s just over the top ridiculous.

I get it, people want him gone. It’s fair to want that. But giving him no credit for the plays he does make? Nonsense.

32 teams only a handful of elite qbs funny how everyone would love to have those qbs

Perhaps Dak improves or he doesn’t but as a fan my choice is to cheer for him

At this point , Jerrah made his mind .

We got Dak for 10 years ... I just hope Garrett , Linehan and Moore are fired .

Its our only hope .

Dak played above average at the end. He made some bad throws and is still holding the ball and taking sacks. He has to learn to scramble to buy some more time. But I see some improvement. Once he starts using the middle of the field more he will have more success. That throw to Cooper was nice accuracy.

If you're not happy with his performance against the skins it's fairly clear you are emotionally detached. Those "fans" are idiots. I'm sorry but that's some negativity on an insane level.

That's what I think has improved a little but he really needs to be much better in the pocket. One time he had a nice pocket and he ran out of it. Hopefully that will come with experience.

Even Favre was just marginally successful with his own style of play. I hated the gunslinger mentality too.

One of the best throws; that 90 yard Td strike to cooper. That ball had big time RPMS on it.

People are going to get very bitter as Dak becomes a star

Nah... actually focusing on one thing and getting it completely correct, is better than watching everything and getting it half correct. I am a programmer, so... I prefer the tunnel vision focus haha.

console.log( "test var" + var);
alert("grrr...TEST!");
echo "Why is this damn thing still broken.. " . $var . "TEST!";
