News: Dak Prescott has hit his ceiling as a quarterback

Steven Mullenax is an idiot, that site just recycles the same garbage. I try to support the players on the team and try not to complain. It makes gameday enjoyable. When Aikman played some fans wanted him released, I am glad no one listened. Danny White should have continued to start as well. It was a bad move by Landry caving into the fans. I do think Dak can improve but all of these internet gurus just think that everyone the team does not have is better.

Dallas has Rush and White on the team. I am sure that the scouts are always on the look-out for talent. The team seems to be making strides to improve the level of QB play. It is absurd to think that Dak has hit a ceiling. He wants to learn and plays with a chip.
I think he is working on correcting errors such as holding on to the ball and taking a sack. I would rather have a sack than an interception. When I see Dak play, I see a young man with a drive to win. I don't get all of this Dak hate.
Yeah, why are we quoting some m o r o n?

His actual passing was only 92 yards if you don't count Cooper's YAC which were ALL Cooper...per the first part of this vid...start at 1:00 in.....

What kind of point is that? Why wouldn't it count?

Ask the professional in the vid who said it and used it as a point to rate him down to a B. I think the point being very few of his passes are deep because of his limitations which we're all aware of.When he hits deep it's sheer luck and not consistent and he misses seeing lots of open receivers deep. I'm speculating that's his point. Inaccuracy and poor vision downfield. I think the passing competition vid with Carr said a lot.

It makes zero sense to take away yardage to form an opinion. There are tons of plays throughout the NFL that are all YAC, but you don't eliminate them. It's not like if you took that play away the drive is over, they would still progress downfield.
Now, I get that fans aren't huge Prescott fans because in the age of fantasy football, he's not passing for 500 yards. Oh well. Who cares, if we win? We're built to run and at this point Prescott isn't going to be bringing you fantasy points.

It is odd though that the anti-Dak crowd keep coming up with points, since his first snap that he needs to overcome to "prove to them." And when he finally does, they move on to a different angle.

I don't know if Prescott will get any better, but what options do we have? White?

If someone wants to make a negative point about Dak Prescott, if makes tons of sense.

There's not a lot to choose from when Prescott accounts for 3 TDs and zero turnovers in a high stakes game for the division lead on Turkey Day.

Some simply don't like him as the starting quarterback of America's Team and will pull on any thread that fits with their agenda.

Exactly. Notice that the claim that he cannot throw for 200 yards has not been uttered for awhile. So now it's time to move the goal post to claim that YAC is making him look good. Like as if no other QB benefits from YAC.

"Mullenax" and "professional" don't belong in the same sentence.

I agree with a lot of the points in the article, thanks for posting.

You Dak lover folks that think Dak is a starting NFL QB and want him extended now are going to be eating crow for many years. Personally, I haven't got that long to wait.

Gig em!!! :D I'm extra excited because my oldest Aggie grad after patiently suffering at home whilst paying off his college loans and building his savings for 3 years at home after graduation just closed on his first house! We're definitely going to the brewery in Justin near his new QTH to watch this NO game since I've got a 4 day weekend! :flagwave:

I don't think that Dak is a starting NFL QB, he is a starting NFL QB in fact he has been a starting NFL QB for 3 years now.

Well, in all fairness, JG has been an NFL coach for 8 years now too!!! Doesn't mean he is one. :Do_O:rolleyes::)

Wrong sir, I think Dak played a solid game with a nice run and no turnovers. We just want to see consistency from him on the regular

Please tell us about this agenda you speak of , and thank you for presuming to know what ours is

I’m sure glad Staubach, Aikman, and Romo hadn’t hit their ceilings in their 3rd seasons.
