I am not going to include the Rams as I don't think they could lose 4 more games, so everyone else we have a chance of passing assuming we go 11-5

NFC South Champion Contenders
Saints (would need to lose 3)
@Tampa Bay (seems like an easy win, but lost to them week 1, and coming after a loss who knows)
@Carolina (could lose this game)
Pittsburgh (could lose this game)
Carolina (could lose this game)
So yea, possible, though unlikely

Panthers (would need to lose 1 because we lack the tiebreaker if the Saints lose 3)
@Tampa Bay (seems like an easy win just like Saints)
@Cleveland (seems like an easy win, but who knows with the Browns this year)
New Orleans (could lose, but we sorta need to win)
Atlanta (could lose)
@New Orleans (see above analysis)
Certainly possible, but unfortunately their two most likely losses we need them to win

NFC North Champion Contenders
Bears (would need to lose 2)
@Giants (should win, but Giants have been playing better lately)
Rams (should lose)
Green Bay (could lose)
@San Fran (should win)
@Minnesota (could lose)
Could happen

Vikings (need to lose 1 if Bears lose 2)
@New England (yea can easily lose this one)
@Seattle (should lose)
Miami (should win)
@Detroit (should win)
@Chicago (could win)
So yea likely.

So in short... possible we escape the 4th seed to the 3rd seed if we can go 11-5 (*knocks on wood*) but unlikely we can get ahead of the NFC South champion.

Edit: Go Bucs! Lol

Tough call to make,as the divination of unforseen factors as of yet remain to be SEEN!

* we just keep WINNING every time we FIELD our BATTLE UNIT,,,WE GOT THIS, BABY!:thumbup:

True, but playoff machine is still always fun! Lol... wish I could manipulate it so that we could have a tiebreaker over the Bears... oh well.

Lol yeah I tired but for us to pass chi we have to have a better record so they'll have to finish 10-6, assuming we win out lol. But id NO could lose 3 then we would be the 3rd seed assuming we win out and they win their division .

Yeah I was wondering this a day or two ago. I came to the same conclusion. We could conceivably catch the Bears as it's not that far fetched. Probably not the others although we do have the tie breaker now on the Saints.

The way to the 2 seed. Lol just for fun.

We have to win out, obviously lol

Pull against the Panthers, saint's and bears every week except the weeks we need them to win. Lol

This week they can all win and we're fine. Except for the saint's, they took that L already.

Week 14
Pull for rams over bears. That's the only one we need but again pull for the others to lose. Just not likely.

Week 15
GB over chi
Car over saint's.

Week 16
Atl over Car
Pitt over saint's

Week 17
Car over the saints
Minn over the bears.

That will get us the 2 and is the most likely way. Like I said pull against them each week but these are the most likely way to get it done. Lot of division games so anything is possible. There might be other routes but I'm not figuring that **** out. Lol

Playoffs!?!?
We’re just trying to win some games here.
Haha
Seriously though, we have no margin for error and a bad loss and we could miss them completely esp if other games play out poorly for us. Winning out though would be ideal.

Just to clear my mind... Why do the Bears have the tiebreak on Dallas?

Could get #3 seed. #2 highly doubtful.

But for now I just want to win the next game, work on the division. If Giants upsets the Bears it would be huge step to catch them for the #2 seed.

It is possible but not probable. A lot of things have to fall into place. Bears could easily slide as they are relegated to playing Chase Daniel at QB. Saints have a tough road ahead also. The Panthers would have to win and lose the right games. Tampa would have to win a couple of games down the road against the NFC South. Plus the Cowboys have to win out.

Not much difference between the 3 and 4 seed and it will be tough to make up two games on the bears when they have 5 to play. The Cowboys are not catching the 2 seed.

It would be a feel good story with the cowboys going into the playoffs in an 8 game win streak

They boys are capable of it but outside Tampa they are all tough games

Well, much as I think the same, they are playing without Trubisky and they have a tough schedule. Don't be surprised if they lose today.

Funny thing is 3 weeks ago many on here wanted us to lose out to get Garrett fired...
