Did anyone see Ramsey's flop last night

Are we blaming a corner for not taking down a 6’3 RB? Really? LOL

If you are relying on a CB to take down bruising backs, your line and linebackers aren’t doing their job.

i didn't see it. in fairness henry probably out weights him by 140 or 150 lbs

The problem with Jags D is that you have a team that has quit on its coach and needs to play lights out every week...as in, keeping teams to 0 freakin’ points to get a W.

The D-line didn’t want to tackle, linebackers didn’t, why would anyone expect corners to do so? Most of these guys are thinking about next season and where they’ll be and they want to be healthy.

There are a lot of excuses floating around but at the end of the day, if you're not walking the talk, shut your face.

I’m not going to trash Ramsey, he’s one of the better DBs in the game right now but I do think it’s laughable to think drafting him would’ve had comparable effect on this team as Zeke has.
I think Zeke has been directly responsible for the difference between a lot of Ws vs Ls for us.
I don’t think the Jags can say that about Ramsey and I don’t think we could’ve either had we drafted him.
Ramsey is one of the top DBs in the league but Zeke is one of the top players in the league.

Honestly, this stuff is old. It's been years now and those discussions are a long time gone. Both of these players are turning out to be all they were billed to be. One might be the best young Offensive Player in the league (arguably) and one might be the best young defensive player in the league (arguably). Nobody on either side of that discussion was wrong.

In fact, I don't even remember people who were against drafting Zeke doubting his abilities. The problem was the value proposition going forward. What it would cost to resign Zeke and how that contract effects the team going forward. That was always the concern, so far as I can remember.

They are both great young players IMO.

I agree.

But can we have some more Myles Jack vs Jaylon Smith talk. Thats aslways fun.
Maybe we can talk about Zeke and Jaylon vs. Ramsey and Jack......

Fight!!!!

Yes, that is part of his job description... tackle whoever has the ball. Not only tackle players that are my size or smaller.

> part of the job description

The job can say whatever it wants, corners aren’t taking down Henry. Due is shrugging off defensive lineman and linebackers and you think Ramsey taking him head on is smart...

You folks are reaching. Business decision during a lost season is the best decision.

Go flip a burger and cry about the grease that burns your hand.

Ugh...... LOL...... It's Friday y'all. This is why people talk about us.
