He doesn't play for the Raiders now. He plays for the Dallas Cowboys, who have been using him properly and getting good, consistent play from him.....That, by definition is not an aberration. If we were talking about his whole NFL career, it still wouldn't be an aberration, since TDs and receptions have become the norm.
Uh, lol, no... you don’t get to make up your own reality. He played 52 whole game for the Raiders and made the Pro Bowl twice. That doesn’t stop existing because it doesn’t fit your agenda. His current play is an aberration.

His current play is due to having the parts around him, necessary to be successful.....That's the reality.

I'm sure I'm just an idiot - but when we were watching the game, it seemed like every time Cooper had a big play (which was a LOT: awesome!), the fans were all boo-ing. Why dat?

Are they chanting "COOP!" instead? Or were there just a lot of Philly fans in Dallas tonight?

#Confused
:lmao: Don't you recall our ol' #48 fullback?:lmao2:

Yeah, the deficiencies in Dak's game were on full display tonight. You need a new team, if you are complacent with that.
That's not really the right word for "complacent".

I'm not complacent. I want the game plan to be more appropriate for the team makeup. Most quarterbacks, even the good ones, don't throw that many times a game.

Have fun with your Rams, though.

I’m not going to argue.
That was the worst starting QB play that resulted in a win, possibly ever.
Romo wins by 30+.
Thank You Defense and Cooper!!!

455 yards ... you have to blame the lack of points on the coaches.

Still can't believe Brett Maher kicked a 62 yarder.

In my mind, he's the player of the game... even after the miss.

Was following the game thread because I was travelling, and I was appalled how badly Dak was playing (ie sucking). Then I saw the extended game highlights and stats and thought that wasn't as bad as I had been led to believe. Moral of the story: hyperbole is not just a river in Greece.

He left points on the field and missed wide open receivers. Why settle for this? We should be barnstorming through the league with this defense.
What do you suggest we do in time for the next game, for the playoffs, for next year?

Prescott has flashes of looking like a great NFL quarterback maybe not a Brady but he doesn't need to be, although Brady was a later round pick Prescott he needs to clean up his pocket awareness the fumbles and he does throw a pretty ball he's just got to be consistent I don't know for sure none of us do now because we're not in the room but I wonder if some of it is coaching? Here's why I say that I watch the Commanders game where Colt McCoy got hurt this is what made me think of this, Mark Sanchez came in immediately got pressure and I just watched him slide ever so slightly to his left and right to avoid the pressure ( before anybody gets excited knowing how to do it and actually doing it are two different things I am aware of that) anyway everybody talks about Romo being on the sidelines Prescott rookie year do you know who Prescott credits more than Romo for helping him with that stuff ? Lo and behold it was Mark Sanchez and if you watch him he slides out of the pressure a lot better then Prescott does ,that may come with experience, but what I see is regression instead of progression that's what bothers me and the sax don't bother me so much because that's not all on him that's got to be on some level on the offense of line it's the way he does not protect the ball that bothers me the interceptions are part of the game someone on here told me earlier other quarterbacks fumble and throw interceptions too but not at the rate he does this year. he's got to clean that up successful NFL quarterback and the future of the Dallas Cowboys s for the 100th or 150th time I am not at that hater !!! , but until he cleans it up I will be one of his top critics and I will also give him credit when credit is due but as far as today all I saw him do his redeem himself nothing more nothing less and I really don't care what all the dak lover say, they are probably well invested in him probably got all the jerseys all the pictures all that .I want to see wins

And all the commas and periods are for Mr punctuation on here

And my 57 years of watching the Cowboys gives me the right to criticize no matter who says otherwise so stop telling me about all the place in the game I watch the game I watch more than the game I watch other things besides where the ball goes and I have all the games recorded and I go over each game just about every play every week
