first off every single qb leaves touchdowns on the field. he threw for 450 yards and had ANOTHER winning drive. he has his issues, but there is nobody in the league as clutch as him since he entered.

It’s amazing people want to overlook his egregious mistakes.

Also, if he doesn’t air mail a WIDE OPEN Gallup for the second week in a row, there is no OT either.

I’ll give him credit in the sense he can make some big plays. But he makes a lot of bad mistakes too and against better teams that’s going to cost us.

For example, you simply CANNOT throw a pass to a wide open gallup over his head for a pick deep in your own territory. That was a
momentum shift. Philly could do crap on O and you just gave them ball on your own two yard line.

Those mistakes only makes his clutch performance that much more impressive.

Goff has 3 picks tonight and trubinski 3 also and it’s only the third quarter.

You obviously don’t watch much football.

I get it if some would think he's not clutch. But the same people who think Dak's not clutch think Wentz is. Talk about being stupid.

The interceptions are whatever, at least he’s being aggressive. But the fumbles are really getting to be a huge problem. There was a joke thread where someone said he should be benched, but if he were playing for an old school coach like Parcells they would absolutely bench him regardless of what other good things he was doing.
Im not sure even tuna would do that with what he has behind him

Against a depleted defense, with more injuries in the game, yet committed 3 turn overs, wide-open misses. etc, etc.
Their pass rush wasn't depleted. And Dak played with a struggling TSmith, no Frederick all year, and ZMartin also not playing great and then not playing. Every team has injuries, our d is still without Lee & Irving.

And those mistakes probably cost you a playoff game.

He simply can’t make mistakes like that. He once again put the ball on the turf on top of two awful interceptions.

Clutch play down the stretch but he has to be much better with the ball.

I just want a QB that is solid and doesn't make mistakes. .

Two weeks ago Roethlisberger had the ball on the five yard line with a minute to go, down by 7. He threw a pass that a NOSE TACKLE intercepted to end the game.

I just want a QB that is solid and doesn't make mistakes. Dak is still holding onto the ball too long and fumbling too much. Over throwing WR and throwing interceptions.

The middle part is right on, especially the fumbling. The bolded parts described no QB in the history of the NFL. Every QB ever has done that.

LOL,

As I pointed out in another thread, Joe Montana threw three INT's and lost one fumble before he completed "the Catch"

And what do we remember?

The answer is the same thing we will remember about this one...the result.

Remember Romo's 5 INT game that they won in the final seconds?

Romo was "pure garbage", right?

I seem to recall that he was praised for his poise and this became one of his "Signature Games".

The line sucked. Dak made mistakes. No doubt. But he won. And he put up stupid numbers.
Y'all yell at him when he goes 210 with no picks, and you yell when he goes 455 with 2 picks.
I'm usually pretty cynical, but jeez.
You sounding like a girl my man. I just said dude and the O line playing like this isn't going to work long time. Spare me all the emotional stuff.

I agree but then I watched Romo have these games and get praised for it. Your right Dak made some bad plays and I have watched Romo make bad plays but like Romo, Dak shook it off and kept on pushing it.
No offense but I'm not on this Romo Dak stuff. I really wish y'all would stop mentioning it. Its crutch weak stuff. Romo isn't playing so I'm talking about who is here and that wack play from Dak and the O line isn't going to cut it period. I'm glad we won but Im not overall moved by wins only when I know that style of play isn't sustainable. That style of play will most likely have you crying when it counts most. I hope I'm wrong.

Sure, if the OL plays like this we may be in trouble. And if Dak plays like he did for 3 quarters without that 4th quarter, you're right. But give the man some credit for how he finished.

And yes, if he's flawless tonight that game would have been a laugher. Same with last week too.
