Simple question, who was Dak throwing the ball to on the 4th and 15? and who caught the ball on 4th and 15. Was it is great catch yes but Dak put it where Beasley had a chance to catch it and he did. If people expect every pass to hit a guy in the numbers then evidently they are not watching games around the league.

Giants could have rushed three, played prevent and given Dallas the underneath and ended the game right then and there. Giants defensive fourth quarter collapses right on cue, like they did all this year..

Streetball play..

They sent an all out blitz the play before and Dak was lucky to get it away before they got to him.

First thing I thought of too, that 4th down in Seattle with Romo. That was awesome.

This.. was even better. That was over 40 yards on the run (back of endzone, even though he's only credited with where plane is) to a place only Beasley could get it.

Pretty incredible.
I’m glad Jason had Dak play the entire game. And honestly, I saw something kinda click with Dak in the middle of the 4th quarter. Everything seemed to just look right about him.

Yeah, we know about Dak and his 4th quarter heroics. This though just seemed different. Different in that it was more efficient than it was lucky, if that makes since.

In football, luck plays into the equation, but when you’re getting it right, it has a smooth look to it. I saw that with Dak. And I’m hoping this confidence plays out in our Wild Card game next Sunday.

DAK IS CLUTCH IN THE 4TH. Hes always been wired that way, even at Miss. State. He streaky and starts slow but finishes well.

Dak needs to play....he regresses when he sits too long.GLAD WE KEPT HIM IN. He needs every rep he can get. Turned out to be the right move by JG. If Dak doesn't play, we get blown out and limp into the playoffs.

+1 Great game for Dak and the offense's confidence. They needed this game. It looked like Dak and the tight-end position "found each other" which can mean great things for both the red-zone and third-down efficiencies. Those guys are much better running routes than they are at blocking!

Cole Beasley is another streaky player. Today he was on. He was on fire and focused. His routes are just as good as Edelman. The guy we need a monster game from next is Amari.

Beez, Jarwin and Shultz need a cool nickname like the Hotboyz. Any suggestions?
You think the "Hot Boyz" is a cool name? It drums up visions of a gay chorus line... not that there is anything wrong with that if it's your thing. LVE being called the "Wolf Hunter" is a cool name.

Who did that win benefit more, us or the Giants?

Let me rephrase that, had Beasley dropped the ball and we lost, how much of a difference would that have made for us going forward and who would it have hurt more, us or the Giants?

I’m going with it would have hurt the Giants more and we still played a pretty good game and would still have the same amount of momentum whether he caught it or not.
I respectfully disagree. The reason is because you got to put this game and play into context. First the game. The game wasn't meaningless because Dallas needed to gain some confidence offensively. They did that with scoring points with players not named Cooper and Elliott. That in itself is significant going into the playoffs. Now the play. 4th and 15 on the road against a solid defense and we're down to 3rd string offensive lineman. Do or die play. Dak has already put together half of the drive. The protection breaks down, Dak scrambles, makes a strong throw and Beasely catches it. Put a 2 point conversion in there and we walk out winners. Dak just won almost with no protection on a 4th and 15. Moving forward in his career and this year to the playoffs that play was so clutch that it could be a defining moment. What I'm saying is the old Cowboys would have just gone through the motions and accepted their defeat but the theme of "everyone is healthy for playoffs" would have been the talk of the positives from the game. That's loser talk. We got winners on this team and Dak showed his competitiveness and ability on that play. And his teammates know that they got a leader in #4 that can make these impossible plays. I truly don't believe in a meaningless win. Especially a win in a 2 minute drill on a desperation play that 99% of the time is a game ending play. This team didn't quit the whole game and this play was symbolic of the game cuz everything was set up for us to fail and Dak and Beasely grabbed a victory out of the jaws of defeat. That momentum will help us in the playoffs.

You nailed it! If anyone else doesn't get it after that, they never will.

Even though the catch was great, that was the wrong choice for Dak to make there. He should have ran for the open first down in that situation, and admitted so in the presser. Throw an incomplete there, and you’ve lost the game instead of going on to the next series of plays. Thankfully it worked out,but hopefully he makes a note of that for the future.

I've always hated trying to compare Romo and Dak, but it seems that they share a similar trait. I remember people posting stats of Romo's quarter by quarter QB rating and he also started slow and finished strong. Maybe @percyhoward has those break downs somewhere? It might be interesting to see.
