I am really glad that he is ok but he needs to be released in march. no way can the cowboys afford to pay six million next year to a guy who only caught less then thirty catches all season. an undrafted receiver could have filled his roll. I am glad he is going to be ok.

Hopefully he makes a complete recovery. And can return and contribute next season.
I liked him in Jax, and liked when the signed him. And he has made some key catches recently.

I could only imagine the sounds those guys on the field heard....that was one of the most painful things I’ve seen in my life

The look on the faces of both teams showed concern. Competition aside, when one of their own is down for an injury that severe the comradery takes over. Happy to hear he is on the mend.

Wow 'only' dislocated. I swore it was just going to fall off when I saw it on TV. It looked like it snapped. Really glad for him no matter where he ends up.

Made me wince. Glad to see the surgery was successful. Hope he isn't released later on next year. He has experience.

Despite his limited role in Dallas, Hurns is a very popular player in the locker room. Great teammate and he does a lot of community service in his free time.

Wasn't a dirty tackle on Hurns...but it sure wasn't clean either.

those dislocations are BRUTAL. Took me 6 months of treatment and rehab to come back from mine in highschool. Talk about painful.

So you're looking at a PUP player in training camp and likely short term IR in the beginning of the season. With Beasley's likely departure also, that's 2 of your top 4 WR on the depth chart unavailable

I broke my fibula in june 2016. took 10 screws and a 6" metal plate. but I had the medical group that treats the rangers and stars do the surgery. three months later I was dove hunting. the biggest nuisance was having everyone wanting to hold my hand and do everything for me. all I wanted around me was my dogs. what was done to repair a dislocation of the ankle?
