Isn't there a thread here that says that Aikman hates Dak and loves riding him from the booth?

I swear it has to be true. I heard it on the zone.

Yep. Sure was. And as I said there, all you have to do is listen to Troy during the week to know he loves the kid. Aikman just tells it like it is during the games. If Dak throws a bad pass, Troy doesn't sugarcoat it.

Glad we finally got a real qb. Haven’t had one since aikman retired

Romo profited from the country club atmosphere that was fully cultivated in Dallas by the time he arrived. Had we been a more serious franchise then, I'm fairly certain he is forced to live out his Cinderella fantasy elsewhere. Romo provided the perfect illusion of making us appear competitive without actually having to be that.

I see it the exact opposite. Had Parcells stuck around longer, I think the Romo narrative would have been so, so different. To me Romo was the victim, not the cause, of that marshmallowy soft country club atmosphere that followed Parcells.

I thought "you either have it or you don't". Wasn't that what he said earlier in the season? I figured he was talking about Dak not having "IT".

I thought there was a shot if you had "it". lol

Unless he still believes this and this was a back-handed comment today ... lol

Yup. What I like about Dak is how he carries himself despite being s young kid. Turning down Kanye West tickets for film sessions etc. while tony was too busy trying to be a celebrity.

I see why the organization is upbeat about him in a way they never were with romo

Everybody gets butt hurt when Troy gives his critiques, lucky for them they didn’t have to get in the huddle with him either...:muttley:
