Looking at our team we know a few things going into the Rams game.
1. We have a championship defense.
2. We have a world class running game.
3. Special teams is inconsistent.
4. A QB with warts but can win a game.

Of all the above characteristics, the one that will determine the outcome of the Ram's game is number 4. we will lose or win based upon whether Dak turns the ball over, miss open receivers, becomes immobile, or finds those missing receivers, no turn overs, and uses his legs. Last but not less reads the defense for the right play call.
Dak will need to carry the team to victory this Saturday:);):omg:.

If the above is true then be ready for a longgg night in LA for our Boys.....sorry have very little faith in the Dak-Arm and aim....

Clearly you have missed the last two games

Your hatred for dak is nauseating and I just can’t understand people like you on here. The guy is a winner and has shown it time and time again...he finds ways to overcome his challenges and he has earned his role as leader of the cowboys.

Make sure you come back and eat your crow after dak leads us back to the NFC championship game for the first time this millennia

First of all this is the Cowboyzone site not the Dakzone.
Concerning the crow it will be my pleasure to feast away come Sat night.
Let's hope......

I don't really understand the whole "Dak wants it more" or "Dak is a winner" comments jesus wept it reminds me of when Mark Cuban OWNED Skip Bayless about the amount of generic cliches he reeled about certain players wanting to win more than others in the NBA. Cuban asked Bayless what is zone defense and about other defensive coverages/schemes and Bayless didn't have a clue!

When it comes to the play offs everyone wants to win.

With the exception of Jay Cutler pretty much EVERY QB I have watched play over the past ten years wants to win.

Those comments are sooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo tiresome.

Prescott uses his legs well. He makes good decisions of when to use his wheels. I give him credit for that but last time I checked I can't think of many QB's who actually won Superbowls with their legs (and don't bring Steve Young into this as he he could throw from the pocket).

The last time a team won with a restricted QB as Prescott was the Broncos when Peyton was all but in a wheelchair - I really like our defense but I don't think it's near the quality of the Broncos team.

Dak will need to trust his arm and his receivers in this game. Wade is going to focus his unit on controlling the Cowboys running game. Let it rip young man.

Agreed. Quick slants, rubs, WR screens and quick outs should keep LA honest and not so focused on Zeke. That's where some play-action and stop-n-goes should help open up some wide open deep throws as well.

Linehan simply needs to get creative but start off with a hurry up Offense and some quick passing shots to set up the deeper throws and open holes up for Zeke.

We will not lose another game this season if our defense can get off the field on 3rd downs. 3rd downs on defense is the glaring *** on our team. As good as our defense is we go stretches in games were we give up 3rd down after 3rd down and it hurts our team. We are now a defensive team so most of the pressure is on the D.

1) you are a hater. And in such an extent that you can still hate after a great win led by Dak. Rest in peace in my ignore list with your other hater bodies.

2) Our ST is not inconsistent. They are pure trash. Many times their inability or flag-prone acts are the reason Dak has to start from very deep on their own half.

3) Even if Dak pulls out a win, you will still be hating. Being so full with hatred is not goof for your health.

OK but I am confused why do you have a picture of Dak looking at your family portrait .

Dear Mods,

So if we don't agree Dak is perfect our families are now insulted here.
hmmmm really nothing to do about football just plain old being insulting and personally not representing what this site is about.

Thanks....

Or possibly the guy who's putting the game plan together and calling plays, that's been the biggest factor in our W-L record over the last 4 seasons.

Yep that's the QB's job. To ignite the offense and he's going to need big time support from the O-line, Zeke and his WR's. Hey man, I hope Goff doesn't get that kind of support from his O-line, Gurley and WR's. If Dak gets it and Goff doesn't, I'll put my money on the Boys!

Hey, PappyDog, are you a female? You look like a woman in your avatar pic. Not trying to be insulting, just asking an honest question.

This site is about being a Cowboys fan and you are not even close . That picture has nothing to do with football it just insulting to everyone on this site that's a Cowboys fan and its not what this site should be about . Stop being a cry baby if you want to post insulting crap about our QB instead of discuss how he isn't perfect get ready to be insulted back .

You drew first blood don't cry to the mods they are Cowboys fans enjoying a great season and post season and don't want to see that kind of crap either . Take it down and you wont be insulted .

This game will be a battle of styles.

The Rams can't stop the run, which doesn't bode well for them. However, they score an average of 37 point per game at home, and Dallas averages 17 points on the road, which isn't good for Dallas. Dallas' secondary looks weak lately, which is troublling. However, Dallas has been good against "elite" passing games like New Orleans and Atlanta, which is good.

Dak's issue is this. He can't be bad for three quarters, then rally in the 4th this time. That forumula has to stop. He's got to be a four-quarter quarterback.

But Dallas is not a good matchup for the Rams. They struggled to beat Seattle, and Dallas is built similarly.

The components in question are Dak and the Cowboys secondary, and the Rams rushing defense and Goff's recent inconsistency.

In the Seahawks game, they were 2 of 13 on 3rd down, Zeke had 170 combined yards

If you'd told me those two stats before the game, I would have expected a blowout. Instead, we barely won

I'd say that speaks to a problem in other areas. JMHO
