You can make plays on some teams and the rest of the NFL wouldn't know it. This all starts in HS, then bigger in college, and so forth. For LVE other players told him to start doing something so he began howling. Now everyone has heard of the wolf Hunter even if he doesn't make a play.

The fans may not know it, but the other NFL teams do, and they are the ones paying the contracts.

As I said in that Eagles thread; When you have a team celebration after a turnover, and it turns out not to be a turnover, you should be penalized.

And when your team is losing by a wide margin.......maybe thats not the time to break out a sack or TFL dance.

Scrap Iron.

Seems every time you walk through a junkyard, you get snagged by a piece of scrap iron. That's LVE.

I think we need to pump the breaks a little on LVE. I think he's kind of over rated.

I wish he would do less celebrating. I don't know when this "look at me" BS started after every freaking play. Its not just him. Its everybody but maybe Amari Cooper ......who acts like he's done this before.
I get some of the celebrating, I mean, in the moment with your adrenaline pumping, you make a good play, you want to celebrate. But I found it very refreshing when Cooper scored that touchdown and simply turned around and went back to the sideline.

Here's the original video with the stonefish reference. In essence the way he avoids blocks is like a stonefish.

Did you see a huge celebration after Zeke's TD last Saturday night?
NO.
Because there wasn't one. He scored, he turned around and his teammates came over and basically said, good run.
I don't even think he did the feed me gesture.

Of all people to try make a point of not celebrating you bring up Zeke?

Well, this is a road game so maybe LVE won't perform his signature, but the more you see it the more plays he's making...get over yourselves, football is entertainment... Cowboys are in the divisonal round...Are you not entertained?

The displays are like war hoops.

You are telling the other team you are better

The Indians of the old West fought like this.

Often when they fought..

they did not kill each other.

They fought and wrestled until one side or the other withdrew.

The displaying has a purpose.

I wish I could say I agree, but it's pure showmanship. In LVE's case, he may be just not used to the adoration of so many fans, and it's going to his head, or he may be doing FOR the fans, to get them into the game, I don't know.
But it's very clear that a lot of players simply can't get enough attention.
