I think a lot of people are going to see similar results with the next OC. Because I truly feel the abilities of our QB determine a lot of what's called.
I look at it from the other side. Dak is average with average coaching but in a two min drill where it is more on him, he thrives. A legit offensive mind makes Dak SO much better

Hate it.

Garrett also usually does his best job under pressure.

When we come off of a good season we usually stink.

Not really. He has no real control now... remember, he blew three chances at the playoffs when he was calling plays, one of them when Kyle Orton was QB.

What usually happens is the FO actually acts when Garrett’s job is on the line to protect him.

I think this is high selective stuff for any QB not just Dak. I don't really believe in clutch but you can. If someone is sooo clutch why do they allow theirselves to time after time get put in these situations where they have to perform much harder than if they just played "clutch" from the jump? That's why I don't like the saying regardless of who it is just happens to be Dak on this one.

Kris Richards is getting promoted because nobody offered him a HC job he interviewed for.

Jerry is gonna be handing out money this whole offseason like Oprah gave away gifts to her audiences. "You get an extension. You get an extension. You get an extension."

The moment Linehan called a passing play, with only a little over two minutes remaining in regulation, the Seahawks having only one timeout, and it being 2nd down, I knew the Cowboys were still in great danger as long as he was OC.

Sure, Dak bailed Linehan out on the next play by running for 16 yards. But it was still a horrific playcall, one that could ultimately have cost Dallas the game.

Stupid Jerry move by announcing it now. First it removes all pressure off of Garrett. There is nothing good that will come by making this announcement now. Wait till after the season and make Garrett push as if his job is on the line to get the most out of him.

Why people think Jerry is a smart businessman is a mystery to me. All I see is how stupid he is and how many idiotic mistakes he makes. I think he is successful inspite of himself.

You know, I've been calling for him to be booted for a while, but the second half of this season he has really impressed.

How he handled the Hurns situation was as well as any coach could possibly have.

I think he deserves an extension, and if we win today, I hope it is a long one.

The more this team grows the more respect I have for the job JG is doing. And I truely believe it’s the atmosphere he’s established with these young players.

A lot of gripes about JG have to do with past years. Where entitlement was there before he was even in charge. Those players are gone and we see the change in attitude. Whereas before when this team got hit in the mouth they would fold. Or when they were out physicaled they never had a chance. This team is different, this team is it it’s best when there’s adversity. It’s the best when they’re down late and need a score.

I think JG has gotten alot of blame because of selfish player play. Players making selfish choice during the game. They just don’t seem to have them types of guys on the team now.
