I like Garrett as a person, he is just a mediocre at best coach. Only Marvin Lewis was given more time than him, how many years will it take for him to implement his system??

Glad others are fed up with Garrett. Dallas beat a rebuilding Seattle team at home. Not impressive at all. They were completely out coached by the Rams. Garrett is awful. 9 years. 2 playoff wins. That is a terrible record.

They were not prepared at all for what the Rams threw at them. Nor were they able to adjust. Those are Garrett's major flaws, his process. Keep doing the same thing over and over. It works against subpar teams, it should work all the time.

"Players don't quit on him" is just code for players are comfy.

Players that quit mean they put everything they had into their game and got beat and broken. Happens with the best players.
