On that last Rams possession and 3rd and 7...I think you go with MAX blitz. Three things could happen:

1) You create a turnover
2) You stuff a run or sack the QB
3) You don't get there and Rams hit 1st down and more (including possibly a TD)

So what if #3 happens...you were going to lose anyways if #1 or #2 didn't occur. You really think playing the same way was going to stop the Rams there when it hadn't all game???

Because Dak processing outside the script is very slow. Why people still don’t get this after this long is almost comical. The guy doesn’t anticipate WRs getting open, he goes through his progressions slowly and he even ran the final drive against prevent very slow to simply checkdown right away. It’s also why he’s plenty times inaccurate.. His decision-making process is his biggest flaw..

They’ll never get it. You can’t explain to them.

Easy to say the D was MIA when they’re getting mauled for no holding calls all night.

I hate to break the news to you bro, but for the most part the blocking by the Rams oline was pretty clean. That is what is so depressing.

Yea, the refs missed a hold on the 4th down goal line run, but for most of the game our d-line was just getting whipped straight up.

I actually dont have any gripes with the officials tonight, it was a pretty fair officiated game for the most part.

Sorry ZMan5, I moved to Kentucky in 2016 and have been watching games as a lone cowboy fan since then. I found the Zone and have been reading posts for quite a while. Finally decided that being a part of a “community” was something I’d enjoy.

Was Jones holding or hands to the face? It was in the first 5 yards so I was surprised it was called.

It was hands to the face and on the replay it showed he did in fact hit the face mask with his hand when he went to jam him.

I hate the call, but it was legit.

We didnt lose the game tonight because of officiating...…….in fact, its probably number 12 on my list of reasons we lost.
