At different times Nick Foles has been the best quarterback in football. His problem is consistency.

He is great behind an OL like the Eagles have. He trusts his arm and his receivers and both are pretty good.

That's why if you already secured the bye week, you DON'T take week 17 off. The Saints did and that is an extra week of rest on top of the bye. Too much time off.
