Foles played at a high level down the stretch of the regular season for the eagles. That’s indisputable.

Earl Thomas in place of Heath would be HUGE. Heath just isnt the answer. Also..WE NEED to let Byron Jones hit the market. He was a liability in the playoffs. Im not resigning that guy. No way. Did he have a pick all year? Get rid of Jones and start Lewis there.

You do realize that Byron Jones made the Pro Bowl without getting an interception. Are you really going to find an upgrade for him.

I'm not getting all this love for Foles. Yeah, he had 1 outstanding season running the Kelly offense. After that he wasn't even average until a good run to a super bowl win last year. Yeah he managed to do just enough to get Philly to the playoffs.

Yes, I don't mind the criticism of Dak as he certainly has had times when he deserves it. However, when posters go over the top and criticize his every move and call him the worst (which is hilarious when you think about Nathan Peterman) that it goes way overboard.

Please. No. Foles got a gift from Brees - threw an interception on the first play of the game. It was 14-0 quickly. All Foles needed to do was to make enough average-level passes to move the chains. They didn't even need touchdowns at that point, just field goals and the game would be very difficult to come back from. It was an easy assignment for Foles and he just bit the dust and was legitimately blown out after the first 2 series. Put Dak in the game with a 14 point lead, there's no way he loses that one.

I swear. Some people's suggestions are just ridiculous here. Replace Foles' stats against the Saints with Dak's against the Rams, and it's a sure win. But I get it, no two situations are alike. Which is why we stood a better chance against the Saints than the Rams. We beat the Saints. The Eagles beat the Rams. That was the better scenario for both us and the Eagles.

I also saw Foles throw 2 interceptions to Dak's none. 2nd one wasn't exactly his fault, but the first one was greatly underthrown. Dak had a near pick, but still... your claim is just lazy.

He can’t hand the ball to himself or block for the running game. He may not have lifted the team completely on his shoulders, but he played well. The running game and defense were the big culprits.
