I’d rather look at ziggy or Houston than Ogbah. I’d really rather they sign one of those two and Suh, but they won’t spend that much

Trading Ogbah shouldn't prevent Dallas for taking a shot at an older vet FA assuming that is what they were planning on regardless. They need to add more than 1 DL.

We’ll probably give up 58 and sign him to an 80 million dollar contract and Jerry will say see that’s why you gotta save money. Then most of these fans will say he’s the 2nd coming of Javon Kearse in our scheme.

I’d make this deal, give up the pick we got for Hitchens

Edit: actually not that much, maybe a 5th or 6th.

You could move Lawrence and go into next season with Ogbah and Taco on the edges.
It certainly buys back some of the leverage the team has given up if they get a viable starting quality end.

But that makes too much sense so it is not happening.

Ogbah is kind of a prayer that a change of scenery helps him reach his potential. He has the physical ability to he a legit RDE, but production wise he is up there with the Selvies, Miceys and Mayowas of the world.

We should pick him up for a 5th or 6th. We liked him during the draft. I believe we wanted to trade up for him but settled on Jaylon smith. We need some help at that RE spot. I just want them to do everything so I don't have to see Ty craw try to play DE.

ogbah and taco are not starting quality.
which is why it doesn't make sense. lawrence's agent would laugh if the cowboys tried to use that "leverage" lmao
