There’s a tremendous amount of middle ground between “better than Rodgers” and “DURRR HE’S AVERAGE I DONT CARE WHAT FACTS SAY!”

I know. I just figured if we were going to throw stupid comments around about the Prescott debate, I’d join in on the fun.

Seemed like you were enjoying it.

:lmao2:lmao:lmao2:

* @percyhoward had posted up some kinda' statistical breakdown on the #4 showing a noticeable spike in his pass/completion ratio while under pressure,a year or so ago:starspin:
Dak has always been good under pressure, as long as he wasn't pressured on a consistent basis in the game. The improvement in 2018 was that he was good under pressure even in games in which he WAS pressured consistently.

Of course you'd like him to be that good when not pressured too.

But if you could only have one...

Actually, I’d like see some analysis. I wonder if it’s possible that, notwithstanding our instinct that you want a guy that’s clutch under pressure, you actually do better overall with a guy who is less good under pressure but performs more efficiently under the more common low pressure situation. Do you have any insight, Percy?

Better than Romo holding and then throwing an int which people here forget.
right thats why Troy threw far less TDs and more INT in his career than Romo..thats what we remember, difference is Troy had a HOF Coach, great other coaches, 12 HOF players on te team and no salary cap..Romo was not an INT thrower..had one bad year where he led in INT but overall his INT to TD ratio was not good, it was GREAT..lets not bring Romo into Every Dak discussing, its embarrassing Dak >:) Romo set records and beating out Troy, Roger, and others in doing so.. funny thats all you remmebr a few bad picks when Manning and Farve are tops in INT even though they had ton Of TDs.. aggressive passing QBs will throw more INts then dink and dunk bus driver types.. it happens ..

People here only focus on Dak's misses to Gallup, thus get rid of him. They don't care about the other stuff he does to win games.
Hey hey, leave ole Tony outta this

He played one year with a line like this and he led the league in QB rating in both regular season and playoffs. The line and a great year by Murray were huge though

Does not mean Im not pulling for our guy Dak

Here’s an observation: are QB scrambles all considered under-pressure plays? 4 out of the 5 QBs in that list are black. Not necessarily irregular, except that I can’t think of 1 other black starting QB who played 10+ healthy games last year. If every single one is on this list, then there are connections to be found.
I liked your original post better.
Not this garbage.
