Then La'el goes the way of the Ronin and Williams isn't so unfamiliar with the T spot that he hasn't played since college.

Again that's not what he said, he said at LT. And no matter if you're inside or not, they're not giving anyone not a coach a practice regime.

guess that's something. Connor Williams at left tackle may speak volumes about Tyron. Who knows..

Bayless recently reported Tyron as saying he's finally fully healthy.

They could be considering Williams as the possible swing T this year, in preparation for replacing Collins next year. McGovern sounds like out LG to me.

Maybe it was the way their schedule fell, but I was a little surprised the coaching staff worked Connor Williams at left tackle while practice was open to the media. I had a feeling we wouldn’t see Williams practice at tackle until we got to training camp, but there he was in the lineup for Tyron Smith.

That's the position (left tackle) which Connor Williams played in college while at UT. Hook 'em

He did not expect him taking the snaps in OTA he thought they would wait until training camp. Really seem to be making a bigger deal over nothing. Myself I like getting these updates of what is going on and even he says you can't tell much until the pads come on but never the less I will gladly take updates over nothing

When healthy, Smith remains one of the best left tackles in football. Trouble is, he has had knee, back, neck and groin injuries that have kept him out of three games each of the past three seasons and prevented him from being fully healthy in most of the 39 games he has played.

Smith, though, appears to be spending his offseason training rather than rehabbing.

. “I’m coming back faster and stronger, Every year you always have little nicks here and there, but it feels good coming into this year with no injuries,” Smith said, “I’m coming back faster and stronger.”

That, could be the best news of the off season. He hasn't been his old self and I was hoping for that "nagging injury syndrome" and not age related slow down. Between Big Smitty's nagging injuries, Yosemite being out, Martin tweaking his knee and playing a rookie understrength G, we wonder why the offense wasn't as effective and they still had the leading rusher.

One of my biggest gripes with Richard. He has his "types" and if you don't fit in that mold, you are likely going to be on the outside looking in.

But with a bunch of CBs possibly up for new deals, wouldn't it make sense to see more of Lewis?
