So was this some sort of career ranking? I'll give Eli props for getting to 2 SBs, but he was never an elite QB.

I guess Wentz pretty much got the Eagles to their SB, well almost.
He deserves credit for that but also deserves credit for being 5-6 last year and Foles came inand took them to the playoffs when most thought they were finished.

Funny as much as I like to put down the Eagles, I really don't pay much attention to them. Totally spaced out how last season started out for them.

1. Wentz
2. Eli
3. Dak
4. Keenum

* Host stated... "Given Eli's resume, he should be #1"

Ranking what they've done, what they'll likely do this year, or what they'll do for the rest of their career?

If you factor in running and durability, there's a case for Dak at the top for this year. Assuming everyone is healthy, I'd give it to Wentz.

Eli's resume is being the QB on SB teams with great defenses. Every so often he'd make a run of great games, but he'd have runs of stinkers too. His highest season QB rating was 93.6. Not impressive.

The one thing that has always impressed me about Eli is his ability to stick in the pocket and get rid of the ball before taking a hit. He's a tough QB who can execute under threat of a hit.

Sorry, No way in hell you can justify that Eli is better than Dak at this point in their careers. No chance.

And if they are going off career accomplishment, then Eli would have to be above Wentz too.
Eli still has the arm he threw for over 4000 yds but his problem is he watching the pass rush. I think Jones will replace Eli before the season is over.

I have no beef with that ranking order. Flying under the radar can be used to our advantage. They'll be forced to reevaluate their list and put Dak at the top eventually. Eli is washed up and Wentz just doesn't win enough.

The arm is usually one of the last things to go on a QB. His o line does him no help either. But anyway you slice it Dak has been better these past 3 seasons in total. Eli’s escapability has also reached rock bottom.

It’s no hate. But no player beats the clock. Sooner or later they all lose the battle against Father Time.

This ranking needs to be based on last year's performance.
If so, it's …

Dak
Wentz (who got injured last year)
Keenum
Eli (who was awful last year)

Wentz isn't clutch in 4th quarters, Dak is.
