Uh so is she suing for using the phrase “Game on”? Because I’m not sure, but they surely do not sound the same, or utter the same lyrics outside of “Game on”.

In these shady lawsuits I hope they countersue and destroy this greedy life. One less person looking for an easy out.

Music industry is finite business there is only so many words that can be combined in a coherent song and combined with a not horrible melody.

Really for a two word phrase.

That's by far the best. The one Faith Hill did wasn't bad either.
I went to the Monday Night Football opener back in 92 or 93 in Texas Stadium, Commanders at the Cowboys. Hank Jr. came on the field riding in a big Cadillac performing the song surrounded by DC Cheerleaders, it was great. Those were good days.

Then I found the actual 1992 Monday Night Football game in its entirety. Commanders were coming off a Superbowl win.
