The League appears to be headed in the right direction again. Let the best legal system in the world handle matters first and once there is a decision made THEN and only then should the League dole out punishments. Similar to how every other smart professional sport operates.

Could be a prelude to concessions by ownership in the new CBA.

Of course evidence matters, unless you're a Cowboys player! And, for all you fans that will criticize my statement and call me a homer, here's just another example of the NFL BS!

What's the difference between Zeke's girlfriend's accusations and Hill's wife/girlfriend's accusations?

What’s the difference? Zeke wears the Star. Hill does not. End of story.

So all of the conspiracy theorists only have Zeke has the one example? I agree he got screwed but are you telling me that one players suspension proves years and years of a bias against the Cowboys?

This is the worst commissioner of any sports league in my lifetime.

That's because he's not a commissioner. He's the head of product development and he only panders to and answers to his masters (billionaire owner's club).

This makes me so dang mad.

This is why the league should not suspend a player in cases like this unless the player is either found guilty in a court of law or there is clear public evidence of wrongdoing. For example, when there is video evidence like in the Ray Rice or Kareem Hunt cases, I have no problem with the NFL acting immediately to show that it isn't going to tolerate that behavior. However, the NFL needs to get out of the investigation business and leave that to the justice system. It should have never conducted its own investigation concerning Elliott since he was not charged with a crime and there was no incriminating video showing him committing an act of violence.

No, there's that chicken**** illegal substitution zebra award on the former #19 a couple years back& of the most blatant of recollection, the long snapper figdity pre-snap infraction from the Commanders game that's left a smouldering impact Crater of visual evidence,,, ya know?o_O

*Man, I'd lost any&all enthusiasm in my continued quest of watching out for that particular long snapper flag to fly again during the rest of last season,,, After I witnessed the exact very same unflagged, yet flagrant figdity pre-snap field goals from a half dozen different teams o_O

Break your kid’s arm and get caught on tape threatening your girlfriend’s life? Nothing

But Zeke gets 6 games for demonstrably fabricated allegations.
I love the way the league said that the case was dropped by the DA because they didnt have enough evidence to prove who injured the boy.....huh????
Uhm, wasnt one Zeke also not charged because there wasnt enough evidence to prove he was guilty, and he got 6 games? Holly crap... this is a joke. Personally, I dont think the guy should be suspended, but its a joke because of what happened to Zeke, and the difference in how they were treated.
