The girlfriend said that the boy is scarred of him and he said you better be scarred of me too. In text that sounds bad esp in the age of super morality but people don’t take into account tone, were they joking and other factors. Heck I’ve said stuff like that to a girl before playing around (also male friends) and I’ve never been in any DV situation.

As part of his plea agreement for the domestic abuse charge, Hill will attend a 52-week batterer intervention course and will be under supervision for two years. He will not be a convicted felon and the charge will be wiped from his records if he completes his probation agreement.

Ever wonder why people PLEA to these kinds of cases? IM nto aying he didnt do anything, but a plea that gives you a 100% chance of no time in jail/prison, and all this being expunged from your record, vs a 40% or more chance of a conviction..... it is a no brainer to plead guilty, write letters of apologies, mop the courthouse floor.... all of that to get out of it. BUt since that was in 2015, and his record has been expunged, that is not relevant.

So in the CURRENT case, he has not been charged with anything and there is no proof that he abused his son, no?

If it makes you feel better saying that online you can say that. I know for a fact you wouldn’t move your lips to say such if you knew me or saw me irl. That’s not tough talk either just facts that online let’s people operate without filter when they don’t see who they’re posting to.

I read the article and unless I am missing something... all they had was her SAYING she was pregnant. In Oklahoma, if Hill caused her to lose the baby, No doubt he would have been charged with that crime.

I actually knew what he said, and that is why I asked you what he said.
That isnt actually a threat. That could never be charged as a threat, because words and their meanings actually matter.
