I can see both sides here. Yes Zeke signed a contract out of the draft. However the Cowboys are riding him too hard and he is going to have a significantly shorter career because of it. He is trying to get his money before the carries per game catches up with him.

What makes him elite? A great OL and huge volume?

I'm on the fence about paying him because of off the field stuff and running backs in general, but to say he's simply a product of "a great OL and huge volume" is nonsense.

I know that we need Zeke to make it to the Super Bowl. And it’s more to do with the locker room than his talent on the field. If the Cowboys play hard ball and refuse to extend him, the season is over before it begins. But I full expect the Cowboys and Zeke to agree on an extension. You guys that think otherwise are just delusional and should stick with your Madden games.

I honestly don’t know how it doesn’t come up more often. I’m sitting in the mountains right now, enjoying a vacation so I’ll keep it short.

Most great offenses don’t need a top RB. Linehan sucked. Moore can’t be worse. The comparisons of how we did with and without Zeke are ridiculous...did we have Coop when he was suspended? How healthy was Jaylon? What about LVE, where was he?

It’s a different team and a different OC. Typical fans living in the past.

We finally have another elite RB, on the same level as Emmitt and Dorsett, and you don't want him paid?
